I rolled over again, pulling my blankets tighter around my, trying desperately to conceal even the tiniest bit of warmth.
I groaned and got out of bed quickly, pulling my quilt tightly around me and silently sneaking out onto the corridor of cabins.
I can hear Hazel pacing back and forth on the deck above, it being her turn for the night shift as I get to the end cabin, Leos.
I knock softly a couple of times and sigh, shivering and biting my lip to stop my jaw from chattering.
After a few more seconds of waiting I knock again and push open the wooden door, Leo is snuggled up under his quilt.
The door makes a soft click noise as I shut it behind me and sit down on his bed.
"Leo" I whisper softly and shake his shoulder, "Leo wake up."
His eyes open ever so slightly "no monsters, go away I'll" he pauses to yawn as he puts his hands in a fighting position "I'll fight you." He adds sleepily.
"Leo it's me." I giggle at him and he drops his arms.
"Oh.. Hey (y/n) is something wrong?" He asks sitting up, the quilt falling away to reveal his bare chest.
"I'm just really cold...." I start and blush softly, looking at the floor.
"Hm say no more" Leo smiles softly and shuffles back down into his bed, opening his arms wide, "but only if you let me cuddle you."
I smile and lie down next to him, "of course" I whisper, wrapping my arms softly around his warm torso.
Leo yawns and laces a soft kiss ontop of my forehead as he pulls the quilt back over us. "Goodnight (y/n)"
