Cassie's P.O.V

I walked into the boardinghouse to see Stefan pinning Damon to the wall.

"What the?" I asked, "What did you two idiots do now?"

"Nothing." Damon snapped.

"Tyler Lockwood bit him." Stefan explained causing my heart to sink slightly. Damon and I haven't completely made up, but we were slowly getting there.

"I'm going to kill him." I turn to walk out the door when Stefan stopped me.

"It's not going to help." Stefan said. "Do you know of a cure?"

"Don't waste your time, there is no cure." Damon exclaimed.

"Got nothing better to do." I said sarcastically as I stepped towards him and looked at his face, taking in his features. He was a little pale, but he didn't look too sick. "I refuse to lose you again." I said, now serious. And with that I walked out. Is there a cure for a werewolf bite? There has to be, with the balance of nature, right? I don't want to lose him. I mean I already have, he loves Elena. But I still can't lose him.

I start to walk around trying to think about the cure when Stefan texts me, telling me to go to the creepy witch house.

I enter the house and hear whispers.

"Weird." I admit.

"The witches aren't happy." The Bennet witch tells Stefan, unknowing of my presence.

"Probably because of me. With the whole hybrid curse and what not." I say. She turns around and glares at me making me furrow my eyebrows. "I take it you don't like me." I say bluntly.

"I don't like you or your family." She said, slightly shocked at my bluntness.

"You and me both, sister." I mutter while looking around. Bonnie starts talking to the witches. I jump when she starts screaming.

"Bonnie?!" Stefan said ready to catch her if she fell. She shakes her head.

"Emily." She takes a different posture. "Why have you come here?" Emily asks, using her own voice.

"I've come here to save my brother." Stefan says. "Do you know of a cure to the werewolf bite."

"No. Nature ensures a balance." She says shaking her head.

"There has to be something." I chime it.

"I will not give you what you want." She deadpanned.

"That means that there is a cure?" I ask, looking at Stefan.

"Tell us what you know please." Stefan begged.

"Perhaps it is his time to die." Emily suggested.

"That's not balance it's punishment." I yelled. Emily then escaped from Bonnie's body. She starts screaming in pain and Stefan catches her.

"I heard them say a name." She states.

"What? Who?" I demand. Then it clicked. It's my father.

"Klaus." Bonnie says.

I run back to the boarding house heading directly to the basement and see Damon sitting against the wall, head hanging low.

"Well don't you look lovely." I said sarcastically. He looks up and smirks at me as I walk in to the cellar. He starts coughing up blood.

"Alaric he needs blood." I shout to him. He nods and goes to get some. I look at Damon and wrap my arms around him. He starts to cough up more blood so I start to rub his back. "It's going to be okay Damon." I whispered.
