Chapter 9

Clair's POV

" WHAT?" Was all I can say. Well that and "No."

"Please Clair!!" Harry begged.

"Guys I'm not getting up on that stage." I tell them while heading back to the car.

"Wait!" Louis shouts.

"What Lou?" I say turning around.

"What....what if...umm......" He stutters and turns and whispers something in Harry's ear. Harry gets a cheeky grin and nods excitedly while Louis turns back to me.

"What if we were on stage with you?" He asks. I stand there in silence thinking it over. I guess that could work.....but I would still have to sing..... I felt someone lightly grab my hand. I look up to see Harry with a puppy dog look masked on his face.

'pweeeeeaaaaasssssseee Clair?" He batts his eyelashes. Me and Louis laugh at the attempt.

"ugh Fine..." I mumble just loud enough for their ears to hear.

"YAY!!!" They exclaimed and both took one of my hands and pulled me inside.

Harry's POV

I had been in the theater before but only now it's beauty struck me....it will still never be as beautiful as Clair. Louis and I pulled her down the long aisles to the stage entrance door. She had no clue what else was in store for her still. We had a crew backstage to do the lighting, sound, and all the other technical stuff and I had 2 or 3 guys filming it so that we will not miss a moment of it. While Clair was getting ready to go onstage Louis and I went backstage and looked over the playlist.

Wait...... Mystery guest????

"Louis?" I ask looking at the song I didn't plan and the guest I didn't know.

"Just something I've planned Harold just something I've planed....." He says and we continue on with the playlist.

"Ok let's get this show started!" Louis exclaims and we head to the stage.

Clair's POV

"Here you go Miss Brown" one of the crew member hands me me a silver mic, "Be careful, it's turned on." I sit down on the purple couch behind me and eat some gummy bears that are in a bowl on the table.

One of the crew walks towards me. "Time to go on stage miss." He says and he shows me to the stage. I step on to it and see that Louis and Harry are already there waiting for me.

"Thankfully you know all of the songs being played...but we've got another surprise." Louis says gesturing to the empty crowd. Then the door opens and Niall, Liam, Zayn, Danielle, and Perrie walk in and sit in the front seats. I turn to the guys.

"B-b-but. I, I can't sing in front of them." I stutter and glance back at my friendsHarry puts his hand on my shoulder and looks down at me, straight into my eyes.

"Clair. You can do this. I believe in you." He says. I just stand there looking into his beautiful green eyes. Beautiful green eyes.....? No,no,no,no,no Clair no just no. Harry is your best friend you are not going to like him too... Ugh why me.......

"Well anyways...." I hear Louis say and I realize that Harry and eye are still looking into each other's eyes, though a little closer than I thought. We quickly turn towards Louis and I'm 99.9% sure that my face was bright red.

"On to the music...." Louis says and gives backstage a thumbs up. The music for Invisable starts to play and I zone into the song...

Harry's POV

Clair takes a deep breath when the music starts and closes her eyes. Then she starts to sing...

Her voice had hit me so hard that my jaw was dropped.....it was like she had came straight from heaven.... No it was 10X better.... It was just.... Wow.

And that's how the next couple songs went until the duets.

Niall went first and I have to say....their voices together were amazing. They just blended so well!

Then Zayn which was also REALLY good.

Then Liam and Clair sang Na Na Na which was really funny because she took off her heels and they were jumping up and down and running all over the stage and just acting goofy the entire time!

During Louis and Clair's duet he spun her around a few times and winked and flirted with her and it annoyed the crap out of me. but on Clair's part she did the song really well.

Then i was my turn I hoped onto the stage (thankfully without falling) she was ready and waiting for me to come on.

"Wait just a second....." I said into the mic and quickly went backstage. I had told Ed about Clair and mentioned that she played guitar and she liked his music, so Ed gave me one of his extra guitars ad signed the front. I quickly and carefully grabbed the guitar and hid it behind my back as I went back onto the stage.

"We'll Clair, since it is your first time performing I got you a little present..." I told her and handed her the guitar.

Louis POV

No freaking way.Why did I not think of that. My surprise is still the best though. So if this is his surprise and she's freaking out wait until she sees my surprise...

Clair's POV

Oh. My. God. ED SHEERANS SIGNED GUITAR!!!!

"Oh my God, HARRY EDWARD STYLES." I said staring at the guitar in my hands.

"Yes?" he answered with a grin plastered on his face. I set down the guitar, and walked over to him.

"I freaking love you so much right now!" I said and hugged him. I felt his arms wrap around me and we stood there like that for 5 minuets. It was awesome. until we heard a Camera flash. we turned around and saw Niall, Perrie, Zayn and Liam all taking pics with their phones. I saw Harry turn a light shade of red and I walk back over to the guitar. I put on the strap and Harry hands me a pick. He gives me a thumbs up and I start playing my new guitar. then we sing.....

Niall's POV

Wow Harry wow..... That is just... Wow. The guitar is beautiful! I honestly think that Harry likes her more than Louis does, you can just see it in the way he looks at her. Louis is going to have to REALLY try if he's going to win her over. I don't think Louis cares as much as Harry either I mean he said he kinda liked her but Harry freaking cried in front of me because he didn't think she liked him back....

"Niall, look." Liam had pointed towards a hugging Clair and Harry. I quickly pulled out my IPhone and took a picture. I saw a flash and Perrie said:

"Crap I forgot to turn the flash off!"

And then Harry and Clair pull apart, their faces red as tomatoes! they go back to Clair's new guitar and he hands her a pick to play with. Harry gives a thumbs up . I look over to Louis and he looks really annoyed. I decided that I will annoy him just a bit more....
"Aww that's really sweet of Harry isn't it Lou?" I say
"Yeah, real sweet...." he says sarcastically. I laugh and look back to Harry and Clair.l

They sang perfectly and they voices blended together. I know this sounds like a girl but OTP! hahaha
"Niall? what are you laughing at?" Danielle asked.
"Oh umm nothing!" I said quickly and she nodded looking back to the stage.
Soon they finished and before you can say Nando's we all (well except for Louis) were on our feet clapping and yelling Encore! Clair kissed Harry and the cheek (which I also took a pic of) and he blushed. quickly Louis jumped on the stage and grabbed the mic. What on earth is he doing?

Clair's POV

After we finished singing I gave harry a "friendly" kiss on the cheek (which I saw Niall take a picture of) and Louis got up from his seat and hopped onto the stage, grabbing Harry's mic.

"Louis Tomlinson what on earth are you doing?" I ask him. He just winks at me and holds the microphone up o his lips.

"Well Clair since you know that we have had a few surprises tonight, well you can easily guess that this is another one," Louis says, "come on out Tony!" Tony....there is only one tony I know and..... No Louis didn't invite him did he. THAT MORON. HE COULD HAVE INVITED ANYONE JUST NOT TONY!!! I see him walk down the middle aisle to the front of the stage smirking. He looks at me and says:

"Hey little sis, you miss me?"



(The next chapter will have a backstory so you guys know what Clair been talking about... so how do you guys like the story? I know I haven't updated in a while! Im really busy during the school year and its hard to write on an ipod screen! Whoever answers this question right first gets a shout out!! SHOUT OUT!!
