□ Third Person □
Erza gazed at the Request Board with thoughtful eyes. She was feeling like taking a job on her own today, to let out some steam. Erza pretended not to notice Natsu and Gray fightning in the background. Then, her eyes landed on a perticular request.
HELP
Catch thieves in the outskirts of Magnolia
They are mages with dark magic that have been stealing the residing people there.
Reward: 250,000 JAnd so it was decided. Erza took the paper and walked over to Mira in the bar, "I am leaving for a job, please inform the Master." Erza said and Mirajane smiled as she cleaned a cup.
"Sure, Erza. Good luck!" The white haired mage said and Erza nodded. Erza walked out of the Guild, following the directions written on the paper of the request made by Mr. Wan.
□ Jellani □
I walked into the dinner/bar, the hood of my cloak and the clothes covered my face, only revealing my eyes and some strands of blue hair. I moved silently, sitting at my usual spot at the bar, unbothered by anyone since they knew not to approach me.
"Hiya, Tempest." The owner of the bar, Jirou Wan, greeted. He was a man in his sixties, his hair and beard were grey and white from his old years. Jirou is a jolly old man, always smiling and kind. I nodded in acknoledgement and he flashed me his usual smile, "The usual?" He questioned.
"Yes, thank you." I said quietly and he called out the order to his son, Aido. In mere minutes, the icy drink was placed in front of me and I lowered the cloth that covered half my face to sip my drink.
Then, the bar doors opened and in walked the one and only Erza Scarlet. Panic struck me, she wasn't supposed to see me like this! Not now! I quickly pulled the cloth on again and looked down at the wooden bar, evading eye contact or any contact that could spoil my identity.
Erza strode up to the bar, a few feet away from me, and called Jirou over. "Mr. Wan?" She questioned and the man walked over to her. I glanced at her from the corner of my eye. Erza was no longer the little girl I had last seen ten years ago.
"Yes? What is it?" Jirou asked as he looked at her through his glasses.
"I came here for the job." Erza informed formally and Jirou smiled.
"Ah, yes. Fairy Tail. Quite a nice guild." Jirou mentioned, Erza nodded as I began to get lost in my thoughts. Erza was in that guild, Fairy Tail. They have quite a history with the Council. My mood darkened slightly at the mention of the Council, most precisely, the person who was in it.
My jaw clenched in anger as I remembered his face, similar to mine in many ways. But his eyes, filled with madness and dark intentions that would surely cost many lives to achieve whatever devilish plan he had in mind.
I was brought back to the present by Erza's voice. "Where and when was the last time you saw these mages?" Erza asked and Jirou stroked his beard.
"Those kids tend to steal the people by the shops." Jirou mentioned, "Many have tried to stop them, but they all come back with broken bones and empty hands." He sighed. "Teenage mages these days..." Jirou said as he shook his head. "But I'm sure a tough Fairy Tail wizard like yourself will come victorious." He smiled brightly.
"Yes, I will put a stop to their trecherous ways." Erza said confidently.
I stood from my chair, leaving a generous amount of Jewel on the counter before making my way out, not looking back as I felt a pair of eyes following me. Erza, I thought, be careful.
