It Started With a Bracelet

3.~The Bracelet~

Calum's pov
Me and the boys ran out of deodorant, and we have a show tomorrow night and don't wanna smell bad so of course I was the one that they made go to Walgreens to pick up some.

Ashlyn's pov
Once Ashley and I were all unpacked she made me go to Walgreens to pick up some bracelets and I have no idea why... Apparently it's a surprise. I still don't know why she couldn't have gotten her lazy ass off the couch and come with me. So I got in the car like a good friend and drove to Walgreens. When I went in there were only a few people there because it was like eleven at night. It was only the cashier, me, and a tall person in a hoodie with sunglasses on. I couldn't find the bracelets so I just asked the tall guy who was in the hood and sunglasses since he was closest to me. "Hi, do you know where the bracelets would be?" I asked. "Umm.... I think they would be over there" he replied. "Oh okay thanks!" I thanked him and was about to walk away until he took his hood and sunglasses off. It revealed a hot tan guy with jet black hair. "Why is a hot guy like you in the axe part?" I said without thinking first. I was embarrassed. "You should wear old spice" I say suggesting it to him. "Hey!! Axe smells pretty good!!" He says trying to defend himself. "Just saying old spice smells way better." "If you want girls to like you I'd go with old spice" I add "I guess I can try it" he says looking for it. " it's over here" I said pointing at my favorite scent. He smelled it and said "your so right this is way better!" We both laughed. "Do you want me to help you pick out some bracelets?" He asks. "Sure, I don't mind" so he helps me pick out two bracelets one was green and it had Green Day written on it and the other was blue and had Blink-182 on it. After we bought our separate things we said our byes and hugged each other. It was the warmest hug I have ever had in my life. I looked back up at him and he asked me the weirdest question "Are you sure you don't know who I am?" I looked at him like he was crazy and I said "no... am I supposed to?" He just nodded his head and said " you just seem familiar"(he didn't actually think she was familiar he was trying to to hide the fact that he was famous, that's why he said it). I knew he was trying to cover something up but I just didn't quite know what. We both said bye and started to walk away. "I forgot!" He said running back to me. "I never got your name." He said "my names Ashlyn" and I added a smile "that's a really pretty name Ashlyn" he added "thank you" I said. "My names calum" he said while smiling and I shook his hand "c-c-a-alum... Your names not so bad either!" I said making him laugh. "Well I should get back to my friend we have a concert tomorrow night and I don't even know who they are... They are called like 5 Minutes of Winter or something like that" I say not interested. There is silence for a minute then he says "5 Seconds of Summer you mean?" And I said "oh yeah that one" " anyways I gotta go, nice talking to ya! Bye!" And with that I walked away.

Calum's pov
"So I just had the weirdest experience... This girl just came up to me and didn't even know who I was and she's going to our concert tomorrow night." I say to the boys. "No that can't be true" I heard Ashton say. "Almost everyone knows who we are" Luke adds. "yeah" Mikey says. "Well she didn't but she's going with her friend so I think that her friend pressured her into going" I say.
Oh well it's not like I'm gonna meet her again even though I would like that so much.

Ashley's pov
Ashlyn finally got home after an hour and Walgreens was right up the street! What took her so long? "What took you so long to get two bracelets?" I asked "oh I met this guy at the store and we just talked for a little while" she said. So she didn't have to talk about it she changed the subject "so what are we even doing with the bracelets anyways?" She asks. "OH YEAH! The bracelets" "okay so is there a sharpie?" I looked around and found one "oooo here!" I grabbed it and I choose the blink-182 bracelet because I know Ashlyn loves Green Day and she got that one for herself. "Ok so what we are gonna do is flip it inside out and write our names and numbers" my ended up looking like this

"So yours should look like this" as I did it for her because I already knew her number by heart.

Ashlyn~(***)***-****

"And voilà we are done!!" I sounded like a magician. We both giggled. Then she asked me "okay but y r we doing this?" I replied "just wear it to the concert and then I'll tell you later in the evening." Ashlyn seemed really confused but just went along with it. After that it was about 12:30 so we decided that we needed to go to sleep. So Ashlyn said goodnight and I said goodnight and we fell asleep instantly.
