Book Covers Request Form + Rules

ps. the first few covers I did aren't really good. But soon, some covers would be improved and would be nicely done💕

BOOK COVERS REQUEST FORM
Please fill up the following form and type it in the comments:

×Title of the Book: please be sure of your book title

×Author: your name or username

×Subtitle [Optional]: any catchy line, keep it short and simple

×Picture [Optional]: this can differ depending on your preference:
-send me the picture(s) you want me to use
-give me the general idea that you have for the cover

×Story: a few sentences summarizing what your story is all about

×Tone or Mood: for example, is your book mainly dark and mysterious? Or fun and light- hearted?

×Genre: romance? fanfiction? horror?

×Others: any other pieces of detail you want me to add to your cover (colors, clocks, symbols, etc.)

Your request is more likely to be accepted if you fill out the form completely and with detail

DELIVERY:
I will personally message you or post your cover in this book cover shop.

PAYMENT:

×[Required] Simply give 100% Credit in your story's description

×[Required] Use the cover for as long as possible and as soon as possible (at least one week)

×[Required] Follow me.

×[Optional] Vote on 5 (or more) of your favorite covers of mine

Failure to do the required payments will result in being black listed.I will be checking within 3 days to make sure that you've done the payment
