I feel quite accomplished with myself these past couple of months. I have been writing a lot more than I thought! Did take me forever to write this chapter/update. I was debating on delaying to update until I could come up with stuff for when Lucy meets Natsu but...I couldn't come up with anything. Also, this chapter is shorter compared to the others, but I think this has to do with the song lyrics I posted for the previous chapters.Anyways, enjoy! Don't forget to check out my other stuff that I haven't updated! (Check below for updates on current and new ideas...)
Oh and some comments and votes would be nice...
~Natsu's POV~
Everything was a blur of green and blue as we raced past. The satchel continued to thump against y thighs, which was starting to get slightly annoying. I ignored it and forged ahead, my fellow "comrades" beside me.
Overhead I heard the distant sound of horses and a man...no woman shouting orders. Her voice shook of power and authority, but I tried to block it out of my mind. The side of my thigh is killing me now.
Don't judge. You try running in a forest full of tangled roots, stray bushes, and wild animals begging to be ran or tripped over while your side is constantly being poked by million dollar metal.
Or diamonds. Or...whatever a crown is made of. Just know that it's not meant to touch skin.
I feel sorry for anybody who has to wear that thing. It's already terrible on my thigh! And its covered! Granted, not heavy durable fabric, but still covered at least! Imagine someone having to dance with this thing on their head! I mean, who could ever handle such a thing! I sure would cou-
THWACK.
And luck, of course, would have it that I tripped over said animal and landed into a tree.
Thanks brain.
Thanks.
I rubbed my forehead, willing the throbbing to go away. I felt the wound slightly swell, but there was not much I could do about that. I was just about to run ahead to catch up to the evil twins when something attached to the tree caught my eye.IN
A poster. With my face on it.
I let out a pitiful groan, ripping the poster off the tree. "This is bad...this is bad...this is really bad...this is really, really bad...THIS IS EXTREMELY BAD!"
"What so bad?" Jellal yelled out to me. They had stopped from my outburst. "We have to keep moving!"
In exasperation, I swerved the poster to them. "THEY JUST CAN'T GET MY HAIR RIGHT!"
I looked on to the two menacing brothers for pity. I received none back.
Sighing, i crumpled the poster and shoved it in my ad. "it's not fair...you guys have almost perfect portraits." I muttered incoherently. Apparently it is extremely difficult to draw oneself's hair these days, especially pi- I mean salmon colored hair.
"RETRIEVE THAT SATCHEL AT ALL COSTS!"
"YES SIR!"
The sudden yell of orders snapped me out of the trance and we were off into the forest.
With the crown/tiara/diamond never-to-be-worn-on-skin thing ripping my thigh again.
We weaved in and out of roots, tree stumps, and rocks faster than most humans should normally do. I was careful this time to pay attention of my surroundings. Partly because of how close I heard the soldiers. Partly because I didn't want to fall on my face again.
This seemed to be a problem as well. I almost ran straight into the rock wall that blocked our escape.
What is wrong with me today?
The high rock wall loomed over us, daring to be climbed. My heart began to beat faster with anxiety. The clops and neighing of horses not so far behind didn't help.
I turned to Jellal and Segrain. "Alright, give me a boost and Ill pull you guys up!"
They shared a look with each other before turning with grins on their faces. "Give us the satchel first." Jellal spoke menacingly.
I clutched the satchel tight to my chest, thrusting every amount of emotion into my next words. "What? But-wha-after all this time, you still don't trust me?"
Jellal and Segrain stared at me with the same expression of indifference.
"Ouch." Was all I could muster.
The climb up wasn't terrible. The make-shift twin ladder did help. Plenty of footholds. Before I knew it, I reached the top. Scrambling, I grabbed hold of the highest rock and heaved myself over.
"Now help us up pretty boy." Jellal called.
"Sorry..." I grinned to them. "My hands are full." I whipped the bag in front of their view for just a few seconds before dashing into the clearing.
I felt immense satisfaction as I heard the twin brothers call of swearing, anger, and disbelief.
"SAAALLLAAAMMMAAANNNDDDEEERRR!!!!!"

I already wrote one above, but I also wanted to give updates on where I am with other ideas and get feedback. I have a Noragami/Yatori (Yato and Hyori) book idea where they both get kidnapped. Boku no Hero Academia/Izuku and Ochako are also on my radar, but I haven't come up with anything.Other than that, most of my stuff is Fairy Tail. Operation OTP will be a collaboration with s4rah_su3 which I am extremely excited for! The cast will be introduced to the mall, Walmart, a local picnic/park, and possibly a state fair! Stay tuned for that! Also, the 4-book Fairy-Tail pirate series is green-lit and will be a collaboration with WhatsWithAnna. That is another series I am just as excited for! The 4 ships we have planned are NaLu (of course), Gruvia, Jerza, and GaLe. They will be posted in such order, but will not all take place at the same time and will not be continuations of each other. However, you still will see familiar faces that we all love!
So what do you guys think? All my writing is dedicated to you fellow readers and I love to hear what you guys want to read! My only restriction is Lemons...no lemons guys.
Love ya all!
