I wake up from somebody shaking my shoulder. I grumble, swatting the air. I hear a chuckle and a warm atmosphere laid beside me.
"Wake up! I have a surprise!" I crack my eyes open to see Zayn folded into my face.
"What?" I grumble, getting up. My mom sat there, her body still and her chest slowly rising up and down. I sat up, looking expectantly at Zayn to tell me what to do next.
"C'mon, we are going to stop by my house real quick and then your surprise!" He jumps excitedly, and I smile lazily at him.

"Why are we stopping by your house?" I question him, cocking my head to the side. He shrugs, smirking as we pull in his driveway. "Tell me!" I shake his arm, and he smirks, biting his lip.
"We need to get you a change of clothes." I raise my eyebrow, and he looks at me while he unbuckled his seatbelt.
"Why?" I carried out the y, and ending it in a sigh.
"It's a surprise!" Zayn shouts, running to the front door, jumping as if he was a kid on Christmas Day. I laughed as I got out, scooting behind him.
"What do you want me to do?" I ask Zayn as we walk into his run down house. It wasn't in much use anymore since we practically lived in my hospital. Zayn respected that I needed time to spend with my mom before she would leave.
"Wait here." Zayn breaks my thoughts as he bounced into the guest room, which was currently my room. I leaned against the wall as I heard mumbling and I saw Zayn poke his head out.
"It'll be a moment. Go watch some tv." He smiled at me and I nodded, heading the way that the tv was in.

"Amber!" Zayn sings out, and I laugh I'm reply. I jump over the items laid out onto the floor.
"Zayn!" I mimic him, laughing.
"Okay wear this." Zayn hands me my sundress, the one I've always thrown in the back of the closet.
"Why this?" I cringe at him and he rolls his eyes.
"You'd look gorgeous!" Zayn snaps his fingers and I shake my head.
"No thanks."
