BTW its summer in the story
[Your POV]
I was outside playing with some other kids at my nearest park. I wasn't really the social type u was rather quite shy. Anyways after the kids leaft I was kinda just sitting there on the swings thinking about random stuff.
Just as I was about to go home a cute little dog came running towards me and jumped on my lap. As any dog lover would do I started to pet the cute puppy. A kid with brown hair came running after the puppy yelling,"HEY COME BACK HERE JOEY!!" I assumed Joey was the little puppy's name. So I handed the little puppy to him. As he started to put the leash on Joey he said, "thanks for not letting him get away my names Calvin what's yours"
"Its (Y/N) and your welcome." I said shyly. "Hey want me too walk home with you!" He asked. "U-um sure!" I said.

When we arrived at my house I told Calvin to wait outside as I got some snacks. When I went out and saw Calvin petting Joey Macaroni. I sat beside him on the front porch and gave him a onigiri {A/N if you don't know what that is look at the picture on the top!}. After we ate he said, "Yum thanks for the treat, sadly I have to get going see ya tomorrow!" "Yeah tomorrow!" I said excited.
I went inside "New friend? " said Mom "huh..oh yeah!"
After dinner I brushed my teeth and went to bed excited for tomorrow.
