Peter Pan x Reader x Jealous!Wendy Pt. 2

It had been a while since Wendy left Neverland. Peter never told you what happened, but he only told you that he 'took care of it'.

Although the abuse that Wendy had put you through had ended a few weeks ago, you still had nightmares about her. It always ended with you getting punched in the face. Then you woke up, exhausted for the new day ahead.

You relationship with Peter was stronger since he never left your side since Wendy left. Although he was next to you 24/7, he always gave you your space when you slept, so he didn't know about your nightmares.

You woke up this morning extra exhausted, since this nightmare was more intense. You tiredly got on your clothes and struggled out of your tent, your stomach begging for food. Felix was the only Lost Boy up, besides Peter, but he was doing his daily perimeter check around the island.

Felix had sensed your tiredness and looked at you curiously, while you sat on a log, trying to stay awake. 

"Hey, (y/n)," He called, bringing you back into reality. Your head snapped towards him, a hint of worry in your eyes.

"Um, yeah, Felix?" She smiled gently at you. You looked quite adorable when you were sleepy.

"Why do you look like you're gonna pass out?" You looked down, the nightmare flashing before your eyes. Tears started to form, but Felix was beside you in moments. "Hey, hey, what's wrong?"

You shook your head. "Nothing." You said, wiping your eyes. Felix stared at you, leaning back.

"Okay then, tell me, or I'm getting Pan." Your eyes shot up to his. He knew you hates telling Peter your problems, and he was using this against you.

"Fine." You groaned, looking down. "I've been having nightmares about Wendy." Felix looked at you with concern.

"That thing with Wendy really scared you, didn't it?" 

You could only nod. You heard brush rustling behind you, and you saw Peter, completely oblivious to your previous conversation. He smiled at you, taking you into a hug.

"Hello love." He said. "How are you this morning?" You smiled gently, nodding.

"Good." You lied. "You?" Peter smiled widely, taking your hand in his.

"I'm fantastic. I've been working on a surprise for you, and now it's finished. Come on, darling." You smiled curiously at the mysterious boy, but followed him through the thick jungle.

You both walked through Neverland before stopping in a spot you knew all too well. Peter had decorated the mossy area with the picnic blanket covered in food. It was the sweetest thing he's ever done, but he had unintentionally decorated the area where Wendy had beat you up.

That's when it happened.

You turned quickly to Peter, who was now Wendy. Your mind raced. How was she here, and where was Peter?

Peter, on the other hand, was quite concerned.

"Hey, love, what's wrong?" He soothed, walking slowly towards you. All you could see was Wendy, but you couldn't move. Tears streamed down your cheeks as you finally moved backwards, your legs giving out when your back hit a tree.

"Please, Wendy, don't hurt me. Not again." Peter's eyes widened in realization. He crouched down to you.

"Hey, (y/n), darling. It's just me, Peter. Wendy isn't here." You slowed your breathing, and looked up, expecting to see Wendy, but it was only a very worried Peter Pan. You grabbed his shirt, hugging him tightly, before trying to explain everything.

"Peter, I'm so sorry. I've been having nightmares about Wendy, and I should've told you but I was too scared and I-"

Peter cut you off, pressing his lips to yours.

"It's okay, I got you know. We'll get through this together. I promise." He grabbed your hand, helping you up. "Now, let's go get some food."
