Chapter Twelve - Best Day Ever

"Oh hey Aaron...What brings you here?" I asked. He gave me a 'really?' look.

"You don't know?" He asked.

"Obviously...." I said, laughing a bit afterwards.

"Remember? I told you I liked you."

"And I told you I wasn't sure about getting into relationship. Remember?"

"You're not sure. Can I try and make you sure?"

"What does that even mean?"

"It means I would take you on a date and see if you like it or not."

"Ummm...I don't know if I like that idea..."

"At least try? And if you don't like the date then I'll stop asking. Just please at least go on one simple date."

"Ummm....when and where?"

"I'll pick you up at 6:00 tonight and it's a surprise." He turned around but stopped and then turned back around and said,

"See you tonight Y/N!" Then he walked off to his house. I shut the door and ran upstairs. I got my phone and instantly called Gale and Minty.

Y- OH MY IRENE GUUUUUYYYYSSS GUESS WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!!

M- Did you win the lottery?

Y- Nope!

G- Did you....ummm...get sick?

G- OH MY IRENE! DID YOU GET ASKED OUT!?

Y- Yea!

M- Omi! Who?

Y- Aaron...

G- Ummm....

Y- Ummm....what?

M- Gale...we might have a problem...

G- Might!? You're wrong. We HAVE a BIG problem!

Y- I'm confused.

M- Well...Y/N...let's just say that Aph has a HUGE crush on Aaron...and now apparently you're dating him...

G- Yea...she's not going to be happy...

Y- He asked me tho! What was I supposed to say!? No?

M- Gale! She can say what she wants!

G- You know what? How would you like to take care of a sad Aphmau? It sucks!

M- Y/N, you might not want to mention this to Aphmau

Y- Yea...I think I got that...

M- Hey Y/N! Do you wanna come over and watch Attack on Titan?

After I hung up, I went downstairs and walked out the door only to be greeted by: Laurence.

"Thanks...? Wait a minute. I know what's going on. You are just trying to get another girl to make Minty jealous because you're mad that she didn't care that you broke up with her and that she found someone else. Well guess what Mr. Casanova, I am NOT falling for your stupid tricks!"
