I heard the sounds of voices as I began to regain consciousness from my cat nap. I rubbed my aching head from were they hit me trying to capture me.

I cracked open my eyes, hoping to see the sources faces. All I could make out from the blur, was a woman, a very tall woman.

My head spun so I tried to blink so I could stable my vision. As my eyes adjusted I could see she and various other people wore an apron, a mask, and scrub pants. I was in what felt like a chair at the dentist office.

I started to moan, as my head kept turning I felt like I was on a carousel at a theme park.

"There, there." The woman gently whispered as she placed a plastic mask over my nose and mouth. I was to disoriented to fight back so I gave in and faded away.

I bolted up from the cushioned seat as I realized that I was awake and alone. My arms were held in cuffs, I rattled my wrists trying to break free but I gave up and went limp.

I was drenched in sweat as I looked around the small dark room. I saw a steel door with a tiny window, letting in a twinkle of light.

I hollered trying to get someone to hear me. "Help!" I screamed "I'm trapped help me!" But no one came.

"Let me out! Who are you people?!" My eyes welled up with tears. But I pulled myself together remembering what Xavier told me to do if I was ever caught.

"Don't show weakness. Kippa, you are the toughest fourteen year old I know!" His words echoed in my mind. "Don't show weakness..." I mumbled to myself.

I waited... And waited. I started to think they would leave me in here to starve or trap me with some kind of animal that would eat me. But I quickly came back to reality realizing that the organization picks up people for reasons. So they couldn't kill me. Could they?

Finally a man came in. He was small and bald with a beard. I scoffed at how easily I could take him. The though of that eased my worries.

"Hello, Kippa." He said with a hushed tone. I did not respond. He smiled, a what seemed genuine smile. "Would you like some water?" He asked.

My throat was like a desert. But I said nothing. The man shrugged shrugged and without hesitation he drank the water. A voice inside me screamed "WAIT! I need it!" But I bit my cheeks and kept quiet.

The man patted my head and left locking the door behind him.
I waited for a second thinking, why would he come in offer me water and leave?

Was it a test to see if I cooperated? If so, I failed miserably. My cheeks began to burn and my blood boiled with rage.

" What the hell do you people want?!" I screamed. I was never real the patient type. So as hours and hours went by I walked around the room like a zombie. With no purpose at all.

As I was beginning to grow tired I latex down on the dentist chair and gazed at the ceiling. I was thinking about Xavier. Did he know I was taken? Was he worried? Did Gran know?

These questions filled my mind, until I saw a small orb like thing on the ceiling. My eyes widened as I realized they had been watching me the whole time.

I grabbed the cup that held the corn. I tossed it up and caught it a few times. With all my might I hurled it at the camera. I breathed a sigh of relief as the cup smashed into the camera, leaving both objects in a million tiny pieces.

With ease I closed my eyes and drifted off into a sleep.
