11 onths later:

Darkness. Darkness swam everywhere. I cried out, but a vile liquid poured down my throat. I suddenly was lurched to light. I saw a flickering screen. Then I saw th children's home. The candy shop. The park. And Crimson. I saw her dark red hair flash across, her blue eyes smiling and her lips up. I reached out, before being plunged back into the darkness, like a dark pool. I screamed, but terror griped my body.

"You are stuck between life and death. You can never return to the world as a human." The most evil, darkest, voice I ve ever heard echoed. Tears gripped my eyes. No going back home. Was I dying?

"No. You are not dying. But you can return to the real world, or die." The dark voice echoed.

"How can I return?" I yelled, finding I could talk.

"You must become not human." He said. MY head swam in confusion.

"You must become a demon. You can return to the real world as an animal, but you can come back to you told human for when you make a contract with a human."

"A contract?" I yelled.

"You find a human that desires something above their own life. You make a contract with them. You will help them achieve their goal, but when accomplished eat their soul."

"KILL THEM?" I yelled. The voice radiated amusement.

"You will understand. What will you choose, death or demon. This is the first time I've ever done this to someone who has lived."

"Has lived?" I questioned.

"I created all demons. I was the first demon of life. I was a demon even before life. I created lots more. They were babes not even born. I filed them of darkness, and at age 11 they found out. (HP REFRENCE HAHA)

"Why did you choose me?" I wailed.

"You have enough evilness and anger inside. Tell me." He paused.

"Death or Demon?" He roared. I opened my eyes, darkness. I closed them again.

"Death or demon?" He chanted. I scrunched my eyes. Voices chanted.

"Death or demon?  Death or demon? Death or demon? DEATH OR DEMON? DEATH OR DEMON?"

"DEMON!" I screamed, the pain was to much. Suddenly the voices left, and I floated in darkness. A mirror appeared in front of me. My nails were turning black. My clothes took a darker shade. Pain fled through me. I curled up. When I uncurled my eyes burned. I took the pain. Then it cleared. Pure darkness corded through me. I looked up.

My eyes were a pink, twinkling, and narrowed slits for pupils. It left into my real eye color.  I blinked in surprise. Suddenly, I felt myself shift, and I was looking at a new me.

I was a demon. It fit me.

I finally found my place.
