Monster

Roses pov
We landed on a soft furry surface, we gasped for breath and picked some of the glass out of our bruised skin for a while. "A-are you alright?" Vanessa asked as she tried to wipe the blood trail off her face, there was a large strip of glass planted in her forehead.
She reached to get it out, but before she could the furry ground beneath us began to shift, making us both screech in surprise. We fell off the furry 'ground' and landed with a thud on the real cold one, moonlight shone from above and gave us a better look at what we landed on. We both starred in confusion for a moment, before screaming as two large empty eyes opened in front of us. Vanessa weakly backed away and pulled me behind her as a mouth appeared on the large furry beast, a loud growl could be heard as the large head that was in front of us grew taller as the creature stood up. It was a monster, a real monster.
It had large pointed ears and grey messy hair on its huge head, it was over ten feet tall and had an enormous blue and yellow sweater on. It starred down at us with two black pits for eyes, and then smiled in a creepy manor "HeLlO......" It said in a loud whisper of a voice as it's two large paws came around us, not letting us go any further back.
Vanessa shivered in fear as the sound of our blood slowly dripping to the floor filled the area "WHy aRe YoU bOTh SO ScarED?" He asked and looked us both over slowly, after doing so his smile grew darker in a way "oH, YoU'Re bOTh HuRt. AnD cOnFuSED!" He said, before I started to loose it "the lady of hags says otherwise when you give the injured a shard of a bandage." I said in a dazed and afraid tone.
The monster gave me a weird look before starting to chuckle "WhAts WRonG wItH yOu'RE FrIend?" He asked Vanessa, before glancing over to me, who was starting to stumble from blood loss, and confusion.
Vanessa ran over and caught me before I hit the ground "p-please, w-we need help! W-whoever you are." Vanessa said weakly as our blood started to make a large pool on the ground beneath us. The monster laughed before two claws wrapped around Vanessa's waist and lifted her away from me, a small splat was heard when my upper body splashed into the flat pool of red liquid on the dirt.
Vanessa screamed as the creature brought her closer to his face "I HavEnt EvEN iNtRODuceD mYselF....." It said, before sniffing the air near Vanessa. I started to rock back as forth out of fear in the pool of blood as I felt his other paw wrap around me "clams don't have
Shells, how much time is left before I get one?" I said as I started to rock more furiously, Vanessa turned her pale face to me "Rosie! I'm ok! It's ok, calm do-" Vanessa pleaded, before she was silenced by the monster licking her with a large black tongue, and slowly raising her above his mouth.
"IM YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!" It said, as it slowly lowered the screaming Vanessa towards its mouth. I broke, in an instant I started screaming and thrashing widely making the monster turn itself towards me "I HAVE A BETTER LOTTERY NUMBER! AIM FOR ME! FOR ME! AHAHAHA!" I screamed, as I banged my head back and forth in the fury monsters paw.
Everything was silent for a moment, before I heard the monster chuckle. I felt myself being lifted off the ground as the monsters laugh grew louder, it dropped Vanessa and I started to shout louder as I heard her bloody body hit the floor with a loud thud. "My, YoU'rE annOyInG. " It said, as it used its two large claws to keep my head still from thrashing. I looked down at Vanessa, who was starring up at me with fear in her eyes and a loss of hope for herself, earphones  besides her, she reached for them as she started to get up.
I was about to start screaming again, but before I could I felt the monster start to squeeze me tightly "ThE OThEr HumAN TaStEd GOoD, BuT I HaVe A feEllING sOmEone WiTh a MiND LIke YoUrS Is A lITtle PasT ItS DaTe." It said and started to crush me slowly "D-Don't hurt her!" I heard Vanessa weakly cry, my face turned red as my vision started to fade, the last thing I could hear was the monster laughing maniacally.

Vanessa's pov
I watched as Rose passed out, sadness filled me as I realized there was no hope left for us, this was it. The monster laughed evilly before dropping Roses unconscious body to the floor, I weakly crawled over to it but was pulled back by the monsters large claws dragging me "n-no!" I screamed as I was lifted closer to the monsters mouth by my feet "Aw,WoRrIed AbOut YoUr NuT cAsE ovEr ThEre?" He said, as it slowly opened its mouth, I closed my eyes and let my body go limp,
knowing it was over. "In ThIs wOrlD..." It said, as it's long black tongue glided against my dangling arms. "ItS-" the creature stated, before smell of burning flesh filled the air, and I fell to the ground.
When I looked up I saw the monster had a large bloody burn mark on its arm, it winced in pain before looking at me and Rose, and retreating into the shadows.I looked over to Roses bleeding body and tried to drag my body over there, but the shards of broken glass got pushed deeper and deeper into my skin every time I tried. Soon I was an inch aways with my arm reaching out, I pulled myself once more, but stopped when a shadow loomed over me.
"Two humans?" A mans voice said, I looked up weakly and saw a goat looking monster with an orange beard and a purple apron "oh my! You're hurt!" It said in a caring tone, before bending down and putting a hand on my shoulder. I flinched and tried to back away, but he sent me a kind smile "please, don't be afraid! I, am asgore, caretaker of the ruins." He said kindly, I slowly got closer as he helped me up. I looked down at Rose and bent down to pick her up, but asgore gently grabbed my wrist and shook his head "allow me." He said, and carefully picked up Roses bleeding body, trying not to push any pieces of glass deeper into her skin.
Asgore led us through the ruins, and soon we arrived at a house. " Do come in, this is my home. You can stay here with me until you heal." He said happily, and led us inside the unfamiliar but cozy atmosphere.

I went to check on the stupid alternate universes again, hoping that maybe something would go wrong in one, allowing me to go inside and destroy it, I went to underswap. I expected to see the nice version of chara walking with asgore, but instead I saw two humans. One had vibrantly coloured hair and headphones on, and the other was bleeding quickly and unconscious. I stared at the unconscious one for a moment, looking at her white freckles and short unevenly cut hair and found my body glitching profoundly, why? This only happens when I feel emotions, I waited for my body to calm itself, and when I could move again I opened a portal to underswap, the unconscious girl filling my curious thoughts as I stepped into the ruins.
