It's day 5, here at camp. Everything here is going quite well, until I saw a note, a pink note on the floor next to the door. It says my name. I opened it and in a nice writing, it says:
Ashley, please meet near the lake after lunch. I can't wait to see your beautiful face again.

I kept thinking, who could be this person? Could it be Joseph? I showed the note to my bffs and they were thinking the same thing as I was a few seconds ago.
They said at the same time," Joseph." Kim then said," It got to be him, he was flirting with you for the past few days".
There is only one way to find out, wait until lunch time.
It is lunch time and I'm waiting to see who this secret admirer is. I waited there for quite a while. I kept waiting and waiting until I said, no more. I got up still facing the lake view.
I suddenly heard a voice behind me saying," Ashley, turn around..." I slowly turned around thinking who it might be. It can't be......this is a nightmare!
It was... It was... "Danny?! Your my secret admirer? Why are you even here?" Danny, standing there holding a red tulip in his hand, said, "Yes, I'm your secret admirer and I'm here because my parents want me here and... well ...because...you're here."
I was totally shocked and my bffs, sitting a few yards away from me, were shocked a well. Why is he suddenly so nice, sweet, and caring to me? He was never like that before with me.
He then asked, "Um, this is kind of weird but I just want to say that I really really like you. Soooo...." he got on his knees and continued, "Will you be my....um my girlfriend?"
I stood there, watching him on his knees. I immediately grabbed his arm, pulled him up and said," Is this a joke because it's kind of funny..." "It's not a joke Ashley.", he interrupted. I stood there, thinking if this was a joke, a bet, or if this was actually real. My thoughts are mixed up.
He then said,"Well...?" "No. I don't want to Danny, your not the one for me. Besides, you have other girls chasing and wanting to conquer you." He stood there with this weird sad face and then left.
I felt bad and I left as well, but then I saw something suspicious on Danny. I followed Danny all the way behind the boys cabins and into the woods. I heard guys laughing, like if they were laughing at someone.
Then, I heard a guy's voice saying,"Haha haha, you lost the bet, now..." Danny interrupted,"Wait, give me one more chance then I will get her under my sleeve."
I was guessing what he meant by her, he meant me. I slowly walked back, back to my room. I was really glad I said no to that piece of shit. I put my music on, crank it up, and started to sing. I got into it, until I heard a knock on my door. I turned off the music and opened the door. To my surprise, it was someone who I didn't imagine to see. It was Joseph. The most cutest guy I have ever seen.
"Hey Ashley, may I come in?" Me without thinking said,"Of course, come in." "Nice singing back there, by the way." I immediate turned hot red. He said," Why so red?" "Nothing, it's nothing.", I said. "I haven't noticed on how pretty you look when you turned red." I blushed even more. "Anyways, I'm not here just to say that your beautiful because you are, I want to take you... to... the summer lake dance this Saturday, there I said it." He turned red but not as red as I was. I said,"uuuuhh, sure, I guess." I could see a big smile on his face, and his eyes were glowing of joy. I can't believe the cutest guy I ever met wants to take me to the Summer Lake Dance. I walked him to the door and continued talking there."So, I'll pick you up at 6:45 pm.", he said. "Sure." He gave me a kiss in the cheek, a romantic kiss and said,"Bye"and left. To close the door but Kim stopped it. She pushed the door open with a smile in her face. Following her, was Gisselle and Irma with a look in their faces. Gisselle said,"We saw what happened, Ashley." "What he say, what did your boo say.", Irma then said. "He's not my boo... Yet." "Not yet, but what did he say?" "He wants to take me to the Summer Lake Dance this Friday." "choooowww..." I was really really happy and couldn't stop smiling. I can't wait until Saturday.
