With Jen's secrets revealed to me I began to see her differently. I once saw kindness and happiness, but now there seemed to be a dark cloud covering that. Nothing made sense to me anymore the girl I once knew became a shadow. I still didn't have all the pieces to the puzzle, but I still cared for her. The only thing I knew for sure was that something happened to Jen and had a huge impact on her. I had to stay with her no matter what happened because she needed someone to comfort her. The one thing I didn't think about was what might happen to me.
Everyone faces challenges in their life that they have to overcome. For me my test and challenge was to stay happy. It is not as easy as you might imagine because I have so much pain in my life. I had managed to stay happy for a while because of Jen, but since she was filled with pain I began to get sad. The more Jen told me about her life the more pain I began to feel. Her attitude felt like she didn't care about anything anymore and nothing was happy to her. Then I decided to confront her about everything she told me and when I did she didn't seem to understand what I was saying.
Jen had made me believe I was crazy. I was slowly losing my grip on reality and soon after I began to question everything. She loves her game and loves to play it, but not even she would be able to keep up with it for long. Maybe it's not a game at all. I would soon learn the truth.
Hope you enjoyed the chapter the next one will be up before you know it. Thanks for viewing and goodbye. I might have to fix this. Stay tuned.
