*Jalissa pov*
*Dream:
I was walking through a field full of flowers enjoying the neutral weather. I heard a voice calling me.
"Jalissa"
The voice sounded so familiar. A woman's voice at that. I looked all around but saw no one. It seems the voice was getting closer and closer steady repeating my name.
As it got close, there was a light average size shadow figure. I walked in the direction and I couldn't believe my eyes. The person I thought I'd never see again.
My mother.
"Momma? Is this really you?" I asked hovering the Sun from my face.
"Yes baby girl. How you been?" she extended her arms to me.
A tear escaped because this was unbelievable and I missed my mom so much words can't explain.
"I been good. Oh mama I miss you so much" I said running to my mothers open arms.
"Lord knows I miss you too baby. I see you finna have me a grandbaby " she smiled rubbing my stomach.
"Yeah how you know?"
"Chyle mama knows." we both laughed.
That's one thing I always loved about my mom, her sense of humor.
"Why haven't you been visiting me until now?" I had so much to ask and tell.
"I know I don't visit like I should. But just know if I don't you better believe I'm watching over you faithfully cause I know You good holding it down."
"True, true. So what brings you today outta no where?"
Something was wrong by the way my mother hung her head down.
"About that. Not dropping bombshells on you, but I wanted to tell you to be careful. Take care of yourself the way I raised you and be the best mother I know you can be." she said walking away from me.
"Wait where you going? Mom please don't leave me. What's going on?" she kept walking
"please...don't go" I whispered my mothers figure was no longer in sight. I held my stomach and silently broke down. What did she possibly mean? What's gone happen to me and my baby? This is too much.

"Jalissa, wake up"
"Mama?" I answered still half sleep.
"Nawww. Its ya husband."
I woke up to Torrin voice and the aroma of breakfast.
"Good morning. " he said smilingm.
Throat was feeling kinda sore so I gave him a dry hi.
"Ain't know what all you wanted so I cooked what you normally buy when were out and about" he said placing my plate in my lap.
"Don't forget your appointment is at one. Its already ten minutes after twelve "
I almost forgot we pose to find out the gender of the baby. I'm really hoping it's a girl, if so I'd be happy, if its a boy I'll still be happy and grateful.
We finished our breakfast shortly after. I walked into the bathroom, stripping out my nightclothes then placed them in the dirty clothes hampter.
"Bae?" I called to pooka.
