Chapter 1

Your name is Karkat Vantas, You've been having nightmares every night and your anxiety has been getting worse. You just wish someone would be there to help you and to hold you to make all the bad thoughts go away.

  Karkat's P.O.V

 I started having another nightmare. I start trembling and move around in my bed, I scream and quickly sit up. Sweating and almost crying. "God dammit...I hate these nightmares! They feel so real.."
I reach over to my bed stand and grab my phone, I swipe through my contacts and text Dave. 'Um, Hey
Dave..Can you come over?'  I stare at my phone waiting for him to respond.

Dave's P.O.V

 I start messing around with my turntables until I hear my phone buzz, I walk over to my phone and pick it up. Seeing that it was a text from Karkat. It read: 'Um, Hey Dave..Can you come over?'  I respond, 'Sure, But why so sudden though?' I set my phone down and pack a couple of things up.

Karkat's P.O.V

 I see Dave finally respond: 'Sure, But why so sudden though?' And I reply 'I have my reasons, I'll let you know when you get here.'  I leave my phone on my bed and get up changing into my usual Black sweater with the Cancer zodiac on it along with a pair of Grey jeans. I grab my phone and stuff it into my pocket. 
 
Dave's P.O.V

 I pick up my phone and read Karkat's reply: 'I have my reasons, I'll let you know when you get here.'
I grab the stuff i'm going to bring, Along with my car keys. I walk out the front door and get into my Red Corvette, I start up the car and make my way to Karkat's house. 

Karkat's P.O.V

 I sat on my couch waiting for Dave to get here, I watch a bit of TV to make time go by faster. I then hear a knock on the door knowing that it's Dave, So I got up and opened the door. "..Hey Dave" I smile slightly.
