Dan moves from his original spot and closer towards Anastacia. He places his hands on her shoulders, making her look towards him in shock.
Dan looked directly into Anastacia eyes. Making sure she was listening to his every word that came from his mouth. As he began to speak his eyes never left her's.
"Anastacia, I don't care if you have a scar on your face. Or have no friends. Or sit alone reading by a tree every day."
Anastacia began protest but Dan's hand stopped her.
"Wait, I'm not finished! I've watched you every day for years Anastacia, sitting in all your beauty. I never thought I was worthy of you for years."
"Why are you saying all this Dan?" She said quietly looking at a tiny white daisy growing in a patch of grass behind Dan.
Dan's hand rose to Anastacia's cheek, quickly regaining her attention.
"Because I think I'm...." He began searching for something in her eyes.
