Nathan, Anastacia's partner, chosen by the teacher, fell ill the day of the excursion.
So Anastacia got partnered with a shy, kind boy named Daniel.
Anastacia and Daniel were assigned to sit next to each other on the bus trip.
Daniel smiled sweetly at Anastacia. Daniel was very tall, 5'9, with almost black-looking brown hair which reached so it only just brushing past the bottom of his ears. "Hi I'm Daniel but you can call me Dan!" delight filled his voice.
Anastacia felt her face grow warmer. She giggled quietly. "Umm... That's a nice name, Dan."
She said looking at her shoes.
"Thanks!" Dan said, accidentally brushing his hand against hers.
Anastacia looked up automatically, her face beginning to blush once again.
"My name is Anastasia. Nice to meet you!" Her voice gracefully pronouncing each word to her new partner.
