Our Love Is Endless [Shuta (AAA) x Chiaki (AAA)]

Act #2 : Sleepyhead

"I'm tired~" Chiaki yawned as she stretched her body upwards.

Shuta smirked. They had finished their concert for today. Now, all of them were heading back to the avex building by bus. Almost all staffs, members, and crews were there. And Shuta happened to sit just next to Chiaki.

"But that was one awesome performance," Shuta noted, to be answered by a slight nod.

"We had so much fun," Chiaki grinned. "I hope the next one will be as succesfull as this one!"

"Yeah, I hope so," Shuta agreed.

He looked around. Nissy and Shinjiro, who sat next to each other, were busy trying to sleep and disturbing each other's sleep at the same time. Naoya, Hidaka, and Misako were sitting at the very back. Misako was already fast asleep while Naoya and Hidaka had a small talk. But even they seemed to drift off as well.

"Aren't you going to sleep?" Shuta asked Chiaki.

Chiaki frowned. But then she nodded. "I guess. It's still quite a long way."

Shuta raised his shoulder. "Okay then," he mumbled before plugging in his earphone. He wasn't that sleepy yet.

"Oyasumi.." Shuta heard Chiaki mumbled behind his earphone. He only nodded slightly.

Fifteen minutes later, the bus already fell asleep. Almost no sound could be heard; almost.

Shuta sighed when he looked around. Apparently he was the only one who stayed awake. Everyone was exhausted; so did he. He decided to take a rest as well.

He took his time to stare at Chiaki. Her sleeping, innocent face was always the cutest. She looked like in peace--

"Whoops!" Shuta stood up to catch Chiaki's body that was shifting further from him. If he was late, she might've hit the bus' floor. Hard.

Looking around, Shuta exhaled when he saw everyone was still in a deep slumber. Silently, he returned to his seat, dragging Chiaki's body along the way. Fortunately, he succed in returning the girl back to her original place.

"You idiot," Shuta supressed his laughter when he realized Chiaki was still sleeping all the time.

The slight laugh was turned into a blush when Chiaki's head tilted to rest on his shoulder.

Frozen, Shuta didn't dare to move. What if he woke her up?

He studied Chiaki's face. Her face was smiling slightly, but eyes remained closed. Peace came back to her face. The guy's expression softened.

Taking his black jacket from his lap, he wrapped Chiaki's body with it carefully. After her body was covered nicely, Shuta leaned to his comfy seat. He turned his head to steal one last glance of Chiaki.

"Sleep tight, sleepyhead," he whispered before drifting to sleep himself.
