Halla's POV
" Halla, uhm..." JungKook said
" Yes??" I said looking at him
" Thank you" He said smiling so I smiled back
" Hey guys, I'm really sorry but we have to go now" I said to the kids
" Aaawww, already??" A boy said
" We'll see you soon" JungKook said smiling
" Bye Eomma, bye Appa" The children said waving their hands
" Bye guys" I said waving my hand then we went inside the orphanage to tell the orphan lady that we are leaving. After we said goodbye, we hit the road
" Hey, you said you're 18 but I'm older than you" JungKook said while driving, Oh No!! He found out
" Ye-yeah, I..... I kinda lied" I said closing my eyes waiting for his reaction
" I knew it" He said calmly then smirked
" Y-you knew" I said looking at him shocked
" By the way, what is your real age??" He asked
" I'm 17" ( Oopps....Say the name SEVENTEEN) I said smiling sheepishly
" You little liar" He said quickly looking at me then back to the road again
I thought there would be an awkwardness between us, but I'm wrong not even a single it of awkwardness
" Hey, about the incident before---" I started but he cut me off
" It's nothing" He said without any emotion. I don't know why, but somehow I'm hurt.........really HURT
" Yeah, it's just an accident" No!!! It's not an accident, oh yes it is but still it means something, maybe not to you but to me there is!!!! It was my first kiss, Jeon JungKook!!!!! I wanna shout those words to him but I tend to hide how I really feel
JungKook's POV
I'm hurt but I don't know why, how can she agree to what I have said!!! It means a lot to me maybe not for her, but surprisingly it was my first kiss
" Hey JungKook, let's eat somewhere" Halla said smiling
" Where??" I asked
" Oh look!! There's a café" She said pointing at a small shop
" Ok" I said as I pull over to the parking lot of a café
" Faster, I'm hungry" Halla said hitting my arm while looking at window
" Alright, Alright" I said parking the car. After I parked the car, Halla immediately got out of the car and run to the café. As soon as I entered the café, I saw Halla eating already at the corner of the peaceful café, there's not a lot of people here because I think it's too early??, Oh well I don't know. I walked towards Halla and sat in front of her, and she doesn't seem to notice me, I just looked at her because I don't want to disturb her from eating
" Hey, why don't you order something??" She said looking at me with her stuffed with food
" I'm not hungry" I replied
" Suit your self " She said then started eating again, I just giggled at her actions while watching her eat until a guy approach our table
" Hi, is there anything that I can do for you??" The guy said looking at Halla, and Halla smiled at him
" No thank you, but you can ask him" Halla said smiling at him, why is she smiling at him?? He is not even that handsome
" What's your order??" The guy said with a straight face
" I'm good" I said crossing my arms while glaring at him and he glared back
" He doesn't need anything, you sure you're ok miss...." He said smiling at Halla
" It's Halla" Halla replied shaking his hand and after the shake he did not let go and instead
" Your hands are so soft" He said holding both Halla's hands
" Uh-uhm, thank you" Halla said looking at him. Can't they see that I'm here, HELLO
" Eh-hem, can I have a glass of water" I said faking my cough
" Fine" The guy said then he let go of Halla's hand then go away
" That's rude" Halla said looking at me
" I don't care, hurry up we're leaving" I said standing up then head outside and into my car then I waited for Halla, what's taking her so long?? Is she flirting again with that ugly guy?? And after a few minutes Halla came out with something on her hand and as soon as she enter the car
" I know you're slow but I didn't know that you are that slow" I said then started the engine
" I----" Before she could say any thing I cut her off
" You were flirting with the guy in the café" I said then started driving
" Yah-----"
" I'm sorry for disturbing your date with him" I cut her once again
" You're------"
" You can just go back for him whenever you want to but now we need to go" I said
" Stop!! You're overreacting, I don't like him and I'm not flirting with him!!! I bought you food because I thought you are hungry and a cake because it's your birthday but I guess you don't care for all of that, I'm sorry for thinking of you because your mom wants me to make you happy for this especial day. I'll just talk to her to tell that I failed!!!" Halla said and I saw the paper bag that she is holding is now all crumbled up. An hour passed with a dead silent filling the car
" Halla, I'm sorry. I really mean it" I said and she looked at me
" I shouldn't have accused you" I added
" I'm sorry too, for saying those words" Halla said with an assuring smile
" Thank you for accepting my apology" I said
" It's nothing, I can forgive you anytime" Halla said
" Thank you" I said again
" By the way, how can you say that I'm flirting with that guy" Halla said
" I-I can sense it" I said finding a way out of this situation
" How??" She asked
" He is holding your hands and you let him do that to you" I said
" But you did the same thing to me when we were in the classroom last Friday" Halla said looking at me confused
" Did I ???" I said
" Yeah, wait are you jealous??" Halla asked suddenly
" Me!!! Jealous??" I said
" Yah!! How can you be jealous??? We're not even friends, we are frienymies" Halla said looking at me in disgust
" Yah!! I said I'm not jealous" I said
" You better not be jealous" She said
" I'm not!!" I shouted
" Fine" She said
" Don't talk about it again" I said
" Of course I won't" She said
After we continued arguing until we reached Seoul
" Finally!!, We're here" Halla said stretching her arms and legs
" Thank Goodness" I said
