An Average Girl

"Yuji! Wake up already! You have to go to that event in ONE hour!" That was the sound of my annoying older sister, Mina. She's fun to have around, but she's a bit annoying when it comes to waking me up. She's the only one that lives here besides me, since we moved from Kyoto to Seoul.

"Alright...but at least give me one more minute...I'm still sleeping..." I sounded drowsy. I was REALLY tired after all that partying last night. I barely remembered anything, but after I got myself together, I FINALLY woke up. Usually, it would take Mina 5 minutes to wake me up. But, today, it only took 2 minutes.

"Finally, you're up. I've been waiting to tell you something. It's a bit important, but you might not think so." Mina had a serious look on her face, so I guess I had to listen to WHAT she was saying, and find out just HOW important this is.

"What is it? I'm fully awake now, so you got my attention." I was really close to falling asleep again.

"My friend, Suhyun, she said that there's a audition to get into this entertainment company that's only 15 minutes away from here! The name of it is...Woollim Entertainment...I think. She told me this Monday, and I almost forgot to tell you." I looked at Mina, very puzzled. Was this to benefit ME or HER?

"And that's important...HOW? I'd like to go audition, but you could at least tell me more of what you're talking about." I was interested in what that'll lead to.

"Let's go there and we'll find out ourselves. Wash up, 'cause you don't want to give a bad first impression." Mina was laughing as she said that, because I did look like a mess.

"Haha, very funny, Mina." I was laughing, but I was taking this audition seriously. I wanted to get in to experience the possibilities as a K-pop artist. So, I washed up and got ready.
