          "Chanyeol..."

Kyungsoo stared at him for what felt like hours while trying to grasp the situation. Was his mind just playing tricks on him..? It must be.

Sehun took the keys out of his hands and unlocked the door to the cage. With the door slowly swinging open, Chanyeol stepped out and approached Kyungsoo with a soft smile. He knelt down right in front of him and gave him that derpy grin he used to always do. "Hey D.O..." Chanyeol whispered. "I've missed you."

Kyungsoo broke down at this. He began shaking while he tried to hold back his tears. Chanyeol gently wrapped his arms around the much smaller boy and held him closer to his chest whispering sweet nothings to console him.

"I've missed you so much." Kyungsoo mumbled just loud enough for him to hear.

The two sat there together on the grassy ground for over an hour while the rest of the boys and prisoners left them be to have their moment. Kyungsoo still couldn't believe this. He couldn't believe that Chanyeol was alive and that he's hugging him. But what he really can't believe is that he allowed himself to start falling in love with Baekhyun.

Baekhyun... What is he going to tell him?

"What's wrong?" Chanyeol asked while tightening his arms around Kyungsoo some.

He didn't say anything at first. What can he say? That he's falling in love with his brother while still deeply in love with him?

"I..." He paused while trying to relax enough to speak. "I kissed your brother and we've been in a there but not relationship for the last few weeks."

Kyungsoo's honest words made Chanyeol's calm smile falter. But then he laughed. "I always thought Baek liked you." He said while placing a kiss to Kyungsoo's forehead. "But no matter how he feels, I'm not letting you go."

          "I'm sorry..."

"Don't be, you thought I was dead and hell, I thought I was too." Chanyeol murmured. "But we're together now and that's all that mattes  in the end."

Kyungsoo nodded his head. "Y-You're right..."

The two continued to sit there on the ground as they talked about what the other has gone through since their separation. Chanyeol about his time being a prisoner and being constantly mistreated while only holding on because he needed to see Kyungsoo again. And then Kyungsoo catching Chanyeol up on everything that's happened from how he managed to get to the village and how their town was blown up and even what's been going on between him and Baekhyun.

As much as he likes Baekhyun, Kyungsoo can't deny that he's still deeply in love with Chanyeol. It's a fact and he can't escape it. All he can do now is hope Baekhyun understands.

"I need to go get Kai, Tao, and puppy Chanyeol." Kyungsoo said as he pushed himself up off the ground and then helped Chanyeol up as well.

The giant smiled happily down at him. "You named your dog after me?!" He laughed loudly.

"I thought you were dead idiot..." Kyungsoo sighed and then began walking towards the exit to the camp. "Now let's go get those three."

On their way out, Chanyeol grabbed Kyungsoo's hand and held onto him tightly as they passed by Baekhyun. It was obvious what Chanyeol was doing. Trying to make Baekhyun understand that he's not going to give up Kyungsoo that easily.

To Baekhyun, he took that as a challenge. He loves Kyunsoo just as much as he does and will fight for him. But he loves his brother and doesn't want to hurt him either so how is he supposed to get Kyungsoo back?

          Maybe he isn't supposed to..?

Holding onto his hand, Kyungsoo led Chanyeol through the forest and back to the village who had so nicely allowed them to stay there for the last few days. Once they walked through the villages main opening, people stopped to watch them with smiles.

Kyungsoo and Chanyeol have become the faces of the rebellion at this point. Everyone knows their story from what's been told on television to the stories spread through out the land and even Kyungsoo's actual written story has been passed around through all of its many copies. Their struggle to be together is what lit the flame of rebellion and will ultimately burn all those who oppose them and what they want for their futures.

"We're back." Kyungsoo said to the old woman with a small smile. "Thank you very much for letting us stay here." He said as she graciously opened the door wide enough for both the boys to walk in.

"I'm glad I could be of some help and I'm glad to see that this tall one is alive and well." She laughed while patting Chanyeol's arm affectionately.

Kyungsoo, Chanyeol, and the old woman spoke for a little longer before the sound of claws scratching against the wooden floor caught their attention. Puppy Chanyeol bolted down the stairs and jumped into Kyungsoo's arms as he knelt down. "I've only been gone for a few hours." Kyungsoo laughed as he then showed the small dog to Chanyeol.

Chanyeol made faces at the puppy and then laughed. "Our ears match!" He mused as two boys came walking down the stairs.

"Chanyeol!" Jongin yelled as he ran to hug the tall giant. Zitao followed right behind him and Chanyeol soon found himself being hugged by the two boys.

He gave them bright smiles as he graciously returned the hug. "Long time no see!"

The old lady made sure that the four boys and one puppy had all the supplies they'd need to survive over at the camp while they stayed there to keep the village out of harms way. She kissed each of the boys on their cheeks and waved with a saddened smile as they left her home. But Kyungsoo made sure that she'd spread the word around for them.

"Tell everyone who wants to join us to head westward to the camp. We'll start our real rebellion once our numbers are high enough to do so."

The old woman had promised she'd tell everyone and that's when the four boys had to leave. The said goodbye to the villagers they passed and then headed back into the forest and disappeared from their sights.

Kyungsoo held Chanyeol's hand as their puppy ran excitedly in front of them. Jongin and Zitao walked behind them and were talking about who knows what as they made the long trek to the camp.

"So, about Baekhyun..." Chanyeol suddenly spoke up while glancing down to Kyungsoo. "Do you want to be with him?"

Kyungsoo quickly shook his head. "I don't. It's just, he was there for me when I thought you died. He kept me company and made sure I was happy and made me feel loved when I thought all was lost." He answered honestly.

Chanyeol laughed at that. "Be honest here D.O, who's a better kisser?"

"Is that really what you're wanting to know?" Kyungsoo asked with a deadpanned expression.

          "Yes it is."

          "You're an idiot."

"I'm your idiot now answer the question."

"Fine." Kyungsoo sighed. "You are, now drop it."

Chanyeol's bright grin only made Kyungsoo chuckle as they entered the camp. They looked around and were happy to see all the boys and girls working together to help make the camp more livable and suitable for a defensive measure if the Official's come to attack them. They're essentially turning it into their new base of operations.

Kyungsoo glanced up to Chanyeol. He's sure that if this giant is by his side, he can get through anything.

          "I love you Chanyeol."

"I love you too Kyungsoo. I love you too."
