Hey guys! This is my first fanfic so I hope you enjoy it!

It was cold tonight, very cold. I could hear the wolves in the distance howling. I never though it would come to this, but I had to go. I had to leave this place. I had had enough. I was looking for a fresh new start now, and this was it.
Tonight I decided to pack up everything and run away. Hoping that no one I knew would ever find me, or hoping that my past wouldn't catch up to me. But before I could leave I had to say my goodbyes. I grabbed my journal and ripped out a page. Then, I just wrote. I tried to write as much as I could before dawn. After I had written my letter, I cleared out the desk taking most of my belongs and leaving the letter there for my parents to find the next day. I just slowly headed downstairs trying my best to keep quiet and headed outside. I needed to catch the morning bus that leaves town and I needed to figure out what I was going to do when I reached my destination.
I decided to just think about it when I get on the bus. As I reached the bus station, I saw the bus coming and ran. I really should work out more since I couldn't catch my breath when I got on the bus and bought a ticket to a city upstate.
As I sat down in an empty seat on the bus, the bus slowed down. I looked up and saw a man getting on the bus. I didn't see him coming before? He must've ran really fast here. Then suddenly he came and sat right next to me. I didn't want to be rude so I just stayed quiet, but he had other plans when he greeted me.
"Hi! Are you running away too!," he said and I froze; I had no Idea how to reply but before I could say something he said " I'm just joking! You seemed to have taken it seriously!" I let out a breath that I had been holding onto since he sat down next to me. I was just hoping that this ride goes by fast.
