Getting to Know Seth

It was decided Seth would be at the camp site with Bella, Edward and Eva. His main job was to protect Eva and to help Edward if he needed it. Eva thought it would be a good idea to get to know him better. So here she was on his doorstep, she knocked on the door. Leah answered and gave her a confused look. "I'm here to see Seth" Eva explained herself to the scary she-wolf looking at her feet. Leah called for Seth, he was in the kitchen. When got to the door and saw Eva he asked why she was here, as Leah went back to her room. "I thought we should get know each other better and hang out" Eva said. Seth nodded and they walked around the reserve.

Seth was giving her tour whilst telling her about his family and some legends. He stopped suddenly, there was a question he has wanted to ask for a while. Eva turned to him wondering why he had stopped. "Eva can I ask you something?" Seth asked looking at her. He decided he was going to ask her his question, Eva nodded. Seth asked "what did Doctor Cullen mean when he said you have been training to be a vampire?"

Eva giggled and answered "since I was eight, I knew I wanted to stay with my new family forever. The only way to do that is to become a vampire myself. Mum wasn't happy at first, but said it was my choice and that she wouldn't stop me becoming one. Now I couldn't be turned then I was to young. So we decided I'd be turned on my 18th birthday. My Dad and Uncle Jasper have been training me by teaching me everything they know about vampires. Also how to defend myself" when she finished Seth nodded.

But now he had another question "Uncle Jasper?" Eva actually laughed this time and explained how Rose and Emmet were her real adoptive parents. How Carlisle and Esme were her adoptive grand parents, and the rest of the family were her Uncles and Aunt. Seth understood why they told everyone else, that doctor Cullen and his wife were her parents. In return he told her about when he first found out about werewolves/vampires and his first time shifting. He also explained imprinting and asked if it was the same for vampires and their mates. Eva explained about how Bella's blood sings to Edward and how unlike werewolves when their soul mate. They mate for life and never love anyone else the way they love their mate. Where as wolves will be anything their imprint wants them to be a friend, lover or protector.

Eva was thinking want it would be like to have a wolf imprint on her and asked if they could live forever like vampires. Seth nodded and said "as long as we shift into our wolf form at least once a month, we can live practically forever." As Eva was about to ask more her phone rang playing Monster by Skillet.

She knew it was her Mum and answered the phone telling Seth to wait a minute. "Where are you young lady? You were suppose to be home an hour ago" Rose told her daughter. Eva grabbed Seth's wrist and looked at his watch and saw it was nearly six thirty. She apologize to her Mum and told her she was on her way home now. "You have one hour to get home or we'll come looking for you" Rose said before she hung up the phone.

"I have to go now do you think your mum can give me lift home?" Eva asked Seth. He nodded and lead the way back to his house where his mum just got home. Sue said she could take Eva home and ask if Seth wanted to come for the ride. Seth nodded and got in the back seat while Eva got in the front with his mum. They talked a little about school and what their plans for the future are on the way to the Cullen's house. When they got there Eva thanked Sue for the ride home and said goodbye to Seth. Her mum wasn't angry at her for being late, so she eat and decided to have an early night.
