When I get up its 11:15 and Siva is still sleeping. I sit up and throw my pillow at him. We are meeting management today. Siva sits up and groans. "Get up. We are meeting with management in 2 hours." I say.
"Bird that's another two hours of sleep." Siva says.
"No. We all know it takes you a while to get ready. When you do your hair it takes 30 minutes alone." I say laughing.
"Whatever. I like to look good. Now go text your girlfriend or something." Siva says.
"She isn't my girlfriend. I am still waiting to ask her that." I say.
"Why. I mean you have been getting to know her and you are basically dating. You make out with her all the time." he says.
"I know. I just don't want to commit to something if she just wants to hurt me like Courtney did." I say. I know Nicole doesn't want to hurt me but I am still scared.
"Jay you and I both know that Nicole really likes you. Courtney really hurt you huh bird?" He asks.
"She did. Courtney was the first girl I truly liked. I thought I loved her. But it turns out she just liked me for the fame and money. And since the fame wasn't good enough and I wouldn't buy her everything she wanted she decided I wasn't good enough. It broke my heart knowing I was used. I never thought people could be so cruel." I say.
"Jay I didn't know you liked Courtney that much but I have a feeling Nicole is different. I don't think she is looking to hurt you." Siva says.
"I don't either but I want to make sure. I mean she said I didn't have to pay for everything on our date but I did. I really like Nicole but I am scared to ask her to be my girlfriend. I guess I just need to get over the fact that I was used once. Not everyone is the same right?" I ask him.
"Right. Now if you will excuse me I must go get ready." Siva says getting out of bed. He gets a towel and heads to the shower. I get my phone and txt Nicole.
Jay: Morning beautiful :) You up?
Nicole: Sadly yes. Tom couldn't sleep and decided to wake me up at 8:00.
Jay: Hahahahahaha. We didn't even get here till 3:00 this morning!
Nicole: I know and I didn't go to sleep till 4:00!! I am so tired!! :(
Jay: Awww. Im sorry. Can I come over there and make you feel better? ;)
Nicole: How are you gonna do that?
Jay: Well I could come cuddle with you. ;)
Nicole: Are you sure? I know that means us in the same bed and I remember what you said about Courtney. I could see you were really hurt.
Jay: I am sure. You are different :)
Nicole: Well then come on over :)
I get up and throw on some clothes and walk over to Nicole and Toms room. I knock on the door. Tom answers.
"Thank God you're here. Something is wrong with her. She wont move." Tom says. I run in and see Nicole laying on the bed.
"Are you ok?" I ask her.
"No. I am tired. I want to sleep." Nicole says. I laugh.
"Can I join you?" I ask. She lifts up the blanket and I join her. I pull her up close to me and she puts her head on my chest as I wrap my arms around her.
"I might fall asleep. I like the way this feels." Nicole says. I smile and kiss her forehead.
"Gross. Should I leave you two alone?" Tom asks.
