On the car ride back we all sit and talk. Nicole is just looking out the window not saying anything. I lean over to her and whisper, "everything ok?" I ask. She has been quiet and its different.
"Ya. Im fine." She says faking a smile.
"Nicole, if somethings bothering you I want you to tell me." I say. She smiles at me and says, "We will talk about it later. Ok?"
"Awesome. Now Siva and I share a room so if you just want to hang with Tom till I get ready you can or you can wait in my room." I say.
"I will wait with Tom. It gives me a chance to get to meet him and get to know him before you guys leave." She says. Hopefully we don't have to leave you. Tomorrow is our last day off and the next day is our concert and then we leave for Ohio.
"Sounds like a plan." I say.
"So what is the plan for our date?" She asks.
"Well, its a surprise. And can we talk for a minute? Alone?" I ask her because we are at the hotel getting off the van.
"Of course." She says.
"I don't want to tell anyone about our date. I don't want to have the paparazzi or fans start giving you hate because they don't know you. So if you could not directly tweet about it or tell anyone besides Sara and Jay and the boys and your parents that would be awesome." I say to her. I expect to her to not want to do it and that's why I am surprised at her response.
"Jay, you are the best! I am so glad you want that because I would be so stressed about hate and stuff. What if you run into fans though. What are you going to say?" She asks.
"I am going to say you are a friend of mine and I haven't seen you in a while and we decided to hang out. The only bad thing is I cant do this in public." I say and then kiss her. She kisses me back and then pulls away.
"That is too bad. I really like when you do that. Its gonna suck when you leave. I think I am starting to really fall for you." She says. I smile.
"Maybe it wont have to suck. Lets go get ready so we can have an awesome date." I say. She smiles and we head into the hotel. I drop her off in Tom's room and then head to mine where Siva is waiting for me. "Hey seevs." I say as I walk to my suitcase.
"Hi Jay. Are you nervous." He asks.
"A little. I am taking her ice skating and then to dinner." I say.
"What are you going to tell the fans if you run into any?" He asks.
"I will say she is a friend I have known for a while and we are hanging out. I will say I already had my date and it was not that good and I don't think its gonna happen again with that girl." I say.
"Have you discussed this with Nicole?" Siva asks.
"Ya. She thinks that's a great idea. I kissed her and then she said its gonna suck when I leave cause she thinks she is falling for me more and more. I just said maybe it wouldn't have to suck and then I said that we should go get ready." I say.
"You really like this one don't you?" Siva asks.
"Ya. I think I really do. I like spending time with her. When I kiss her it feels right. She makes me laugh and she is just amazing." I say.
"Are you going to see if she wants to come on tour with us?" he asks.
"Ya. I think I will tomorrow after I see how tonight goes." I say.
"Well I think tonight will go great! I think you both will have a lot of fun." Siva says.
"Thanks Seevs. I am gonna go. I will see you later." I say then I head out and over to Toms room. Its open so I walk in and see Nicole, Tom and Max wrestling over the TV remote. Its quite funny a site to see definitely.
