"May I have this dance"

Luke's POV

It was already Friday and tonight was the dance,Me and Alice just got home from school and the dance started in a few hours so it was about time to start getting ready to look perfect

We both went our seperate ways and did what we needed to do to get ready,Emma was helping Alice get ready while I was getting ready myself but Jessie just helped me a little with a few things 

Alice's POV 

When I hoped out of a shower and did some odds and ends Emma was helping me pick out a dress and do my hair and stuff 

Emma really went all out we did a tone of things with my hair and I tried on at least 10 dresses. We finally picked everything that I needed and did my hair and makeup 

Finally after trying on like a thousand things it was finally over, I was wearing a baby blue dress that came to the knee and had a strap on one of my sholders,for my makeup I had a silver/white eyeshadow with bold black lashes with a soft shade of pink lip gloss

Luke was all ready a little bit before me he was waiting downstairs for me two leave, as I got to the top of the stairs I waited a few seconds and took a deep breath, before I sarted to walk down the stairs Luke turned around and saw me holding on to the railing

As I saw him all he did was look at me like he was dreaming, as I started to walk down the stairs I got so nervous because it was my first time ever in a pair of heels and I didn't want to embaress myself and trip

When I was halfway down the stairs Luke started walking to the end of the stairs, as I saw him his eye's lighted up and mine did too (at least I think but I know they did on the inside) He took my hand and leaded me to the end of the stairs 

Luke's POV 

Once I saw Alice at the railing looking as pretty as ever wearing a light blue dress and in heels to she really went all out and I could tell because she kinda triped on the stairs a little but I didn't say anything about it 

On our way over to the elevator to leave of corse Jessie had to stop us and take some pictures and as we were about to take one I could feel Alice was nervous and I told her there was nothing to worry about and to just relax

Finally when we were done taking pictures we headed down throught the lobbie and were out the doors and hopped into a cab that drove us to the school

Once we got out of the cab we herd the blasting music come from inside and headed in, I then introduced Alice to some of my friends and also had she introduced me to hers, as the first slow dance came on I leaded her to the floor and we rocked back and forth the whole time 

About a couple hours later the formal was over and we had so much fun we laughed the whole time, on the way back we decided to walk so we could talk without the cab driver hearing us

We both had the greatest time ever, and I'm glad Alice did too I don't even think Alice thought about her dad finding her at all
