Deep in the ocean there was a palace. In that palace was the God of the seas, Poseidon, and his soon to be wife Athena, Goddess of wisdom. All that could be heard in the palace was the cries of pain coming from Athena. After a while the cries stopped and were replaced by new cries.
The cries of a newborn baby. Now part of being a God is that you don't stay a baby for long and this baby was no special case. Before Athena had recovered enough to see him he was already looking like a 13 year old. Yes he did have all the knowledge that a 13 year old would have, he wasn't some crying mess crawling on the ground like a baby. It was basically like he had lived 13 years of his life.
Why did he have the normal knowledge of a 13 year old and not more since he was the immortal son of the wisdom goddess? Full gods don't get their parents powers unless they inherit it through domains, hence why Kronos' kids can't control time.
Their son had piercing gray eyes like his mom with jet black unruly hair and a perfect tan. He was muscular but not extremely, he had more of a swimmer's build, more of a lean defined build. He looked around before his eyes landed on his parents. "Sup, soooo... What's my name?" Athena and Poseidon looked at each other and started a mental conversation. It didn't take long for them to come up with a name. Poseidon turned to his first and only son with a smile. "Your name... Is Perseus"
