I walked into my house and my mom started going off.

"Belize you told me you were going to Leanna's house, not some boy's house . I don't know what you were thinking but you need to get it together. You're 15 years old." My mom yelled and she was right. I wasn't even gonna argue with her because she's right.

"I know Ma, but nothing happened I promised." I said calmly kind of annoyed.

"I appreciate that but don't think you're off the hook, grounded for 2 weeks. Home all day since school is closed."

I nodded before walking to my room and calling Leah.

"Hello?" She answered lowly.

"Are you still mad?" I questioned.

"I have no reason to be mad I'm straight cooling."

I scrunched up my face,"Ew, not with you being a crip! I'm booling over here!" 

Leah laughed,"Shut up Belize, what you doing today though?"

"Nothing I'm grounded for lying about my whereabouts."

"Oh, sorry. Kinda my fault I went over there."

i sighed hella annoyed. I hate when people pop up announced even if she is like family, like damn. Shoot me a text or something!

"It's cool, but hey, I'll hit you back." I spoke noticing I was getting a call from Steven.

"K."

I clicked over all happy,"Hey hey!"

I heard him chuckle on the other end,"Hey, what you doing today?"

I panicked, I told him my mom was cooling with me staying at his house, now I gotta lie to cover  up that lie. 

"Baby sitting, yeah, Amiya and Amanda been asking to see me for forever." I panicked a little before chuckling.

"Well, I guess that's fair, call me later though."

"Mhm."

Alright, I know what y'all thinking, Really Belize? Lie for what? Sneak for what?

But it all makes sense to me. I'm just a dumb little ole teenager that needs to learn from my mistakes. I'm on 15, I shouldn't even be looking for a boyfriend or anything, but I just happen to find Steven. He's amazing too. He insisted that my mom knew I was going over his house because he didn't want me to get in trouble, but I did't. I snuck over to his house anyway, and now I'm in deep shit.
