What is happening?

I got to room and slammed the door shut and slide down. I put my head in my hands and started to cry. I was so confused about my feeling, and mad at myself that I had let him kiss me. I wiped the tear off my face and got up. I started to get ready for bed, still with the thought that I kissed my enemy. I climbed into bed and slowly started to drift off to sleep.

~ After 8 hours of sleep~

I awoke to someone banging on my door, what a lovely way to wake up at 6:00 in the morning, not! I finally couldn't take it any longer, "What in the world do want at 6 in the morning!" I screamed. "Umm, to go for a morning run" answered my Bff, Lauren. "Sorry I'll be out in a minute!" I got changed into my running clothes and grabbed my iPod on the way out. "Ready!" We drove to the park and got out to start there. I didn't need my iPod much when Lauren was running with me. We talked about the normal thing girls talk about but when I heard her say, "Hey Ella did you see Prince Caden and a girl kissing in the garden last night?" I had to say, "No I didn't, sorry." We got back to the park and drove back to the castle. I told Lauren that I'd see her later and run to practice my song on the piano.

~2 hours later~

I checked the clock, fudge! I only had 1 hour to get ready and go down and practice my song on the stage. Can't believe I played the piano for 2 hours and my hands don't even hurt! I raced up stairs to get ready, called in my help.

~1 hour later~

I watched the other girls come down, because it was there day to shine. Once they all came down someone tapped on my shoulder, someone I didn't know asked me to dance. After the song was done, well that was boring.

It's almost time, it's almost time. "Will Rosebella Nightgale please come to the front." As I walked up I got a lot of glares from all the girls. "Hi, Tonight I will be singing Turning Tables by Adele" I took my place at the piano and began...

As I sang the thoughts going through my weren't are they going to hate me, hopefully I won't play a wrong key but I was thinking about what this song actually meant to me right now. I wasn't looking for Caden in the crowd or anybody, my eyes were closed as I just let the song take me to another world where nobody could hurt or harm me in anyway. When I finished I looked up and was shocked to see people cheering and screaming my name. I got up smiling curtsied and walk off the stage.
