Naruto and Naruko [ON HOLD]

Naruko's P.O.V

"The groups you will be placed in were made so that the power within the teams will be balanced. Now for the assignments." Iruka~sensei said. Well, I don't really care who is on my team since I already know I'll be put on Naruto's team thanks to the Hokage. I tuned out the teams until I heard Naruto's name. "Naruto Uzumaki!" There was a short pause "Sakura Haruno!"

"Hooray!!! Naruto yelled. He jumped for joy while Sakura sulked in her seat.

"Sasuke Uchiha!" Iruka~sensei said. This caused Naruto and Sakura to completely swap moods. I sulked; this meant I wouldn't be on Naruto's team... I was so sure that the Hokage would make su- "And Naruko Uzumaki! This team is an exception since we have an uneven number there will be four members instead of three."

"Hell yeah!!" I yelled. I smiled I would be on a team with not only Naruto but Sasuke as well. This arrangement would allow me to keep all my promises almost seamlessly. When I noticed practically the entire class was staring me down I sunk into my chair.

"Excited to be on my team Pigtails?" Sasuke asked quietly.

"No." I scoffed, folding my arms across my chest.

"Iruka~sensei! Why does an exceptional student like me have to be in the same group as someone like him?!" Naruto asked.

"Sasuke, next to Naruko, has the best grades of all the graduates. Naruto, you're at the bottom! Of course, this is how it is when trying to balance the strength within groups. " Iruka~sensei said

"Just don't get in my way, loser!" Sasuke said I lightly nudged him in the side and glared at him.

"Hey, what did you say?!" Naruto asked, standing up and clenching his fist

"You wanna fight, loser?" Sasuke asked standing up.

"Both of shut the hell up before you end up having to deal with me!" I yelled at them from my seat as Naruto was about to say something. They both sat down slowly.

"Thank you Naruko. In the afternoon, I'll introduce you to your Jounin teachers. You're dismissed until then!" Iruka said. Students pushed each other to get out of the classroom, and it only got worse when we reached the hallway. Once we got outside, I couldn't find Naruto but I easily spotted Sasuke walking away from the academy so I sprinted to catch up with him.

"Duckbutt! Let's eat lunch together." I stated as I reached him. "If you respond with hn, I'll punch you."

"Whatever, Pigtails," he responded

"Great! then let's go!" I said happily grabbing his hand and pulling him after walking for a while I stopped.

"Let me guess...you don't know where to go." Sasuke said I slumped my shoulders and shook my head "Alright come on I'll pick a place to eat." Sasuke walked forward, leading me to a balcony to eat our lunch. We sat down, and Sasuke pulled out a small bag of rice balls.

"Hahahahahah!" I laughed

"What's so funny?" Sasuke asked

"Ah, you don't change you've been eating those since I've known you," I said looking around. Please don't tell me.....UGHH, I left my lunch. "I'll be back...I left my lunch."

"I don't change? Look at you, you're just as forgetful as you used to be." Sasuke said. I stuck my tongue out at him, stood up and started running back to the academy.

~Time Skip~

when I finally got back to the balcony Sasuke was gone. "That bastard bailing on me!" I cursed under my breath. I jumped off the balcony and concentrated on finding Sasuke....after a few minutes I finally found him I moved through the trees heading to where I sensed his chakra but stopped when he was in sight, he was talking to Sakura.
