Getting Closer to Each Other

"Wow...!" I exclaimed as I put my bag down near the front door and looked around. "Taro~Kun... Your house is uhh.... Nice! Yeah! It's nice!" I looked down, because I was blushing. His house was so messy! I didn't what to tell him that! He might not like me anymore!

"You don't have to act like it's neat.... I know it's really messy... My parents life a week ago, and it's been like this since they left..." I looked up at him and saw him looking down, with his hand behind his neck. "I would clean it, but I don't know where to put everything, plus I don't know how to really clean... Anything...." I giggled.

"Taro~Kun, you're hilarious! Also, I can help you!" I made my ponytail a bun, and began cleaning. "Taro~Kun, put these dishes into the sink, put soap on a sponge and water on the sponge and the dishes, and scrub the dishes until they're clean. Then put them into piles of three over on the other side of the sink. Oh, where's you broom and mop?" He pointed to a closet, and inside was a broom, a mop, and a bucket. I took them out, and put them to the side. Taro~Kun had lots of random items strewn about the living room, such as clothes, books, and journals. I picked them all up and put them each in some boxes I found. I went into his room, and found an even bigger mess. I passed out and heard Taro~Kun.

"Ayano~Chan? AYANO~CHAN!" I fell down onto his lap and everything went black.

*time skip*

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "Wh-What?" I looked around, and saw that I was on a bed, with lots of mess around me. I heard something coming from the other room, and made my way out there. I saw Taro~Kun putting the dishes away into their cupboards and when he noticed me, he turned around.

"Hello Ayano~Chan!" He walked over and kissed me on the forehead.

"What's going on?" I took a seat at the dining room table and he did too.

"I'm trying to clean like how you told me to!" I laughed quietly, remembering what had happened- how long ago?

"Uhhh... Taro~Kun? What time is it?" He got his bag and got out his phone.

"It's 5 PM." I gasped and started to get up, but got light headed. "Whoa! Are you ok?" He went over to me and put his hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah... I just... Stood up too fast..." He went to get a glass and filled it with water.

"Here." He handed it to me and I took it.

"Thank you..." I sipped it slowly as he began to clean the dishes again. When I finished it, I gave the glass to him and helped clean.

*time skip*

"Wow! It looks so much better, Taro~Kun!!!" We looked around at our handiwork, and we're very pleased and happy. We sat down on the sofa and Taro~Kun turned on the tv. He put his arm around me, and we stayed like that for a few minutes.

"Want me to make dinner for the both of us?" He muted the tv and looked at me. He smiled.

"Sure!" I smiled at him and went into the kitchen. I opened the fridge and gasped. There was only the food I'd made him the other night!

"Taro~Kun! Do you never go to the store?!" He looked over at me and looked down.

"Uhhh....... No....." I sighed and went to the front door. "Where are you going?" He said as I put in my shoes and my jacket.

"To get some food for us from the store, silly!" I grabbed my bag and saw him stand up. "What are you doing?"

"I'm going to go with you." I smiled and blushed. He came over and put on his shoes, put on his jacket, grabbed his bag too, and an umbrella.

"Thanks Taro~Ku-" he stopped me.

"Come on, just call me Taro! I'll just call you Ayano!" I looked down and blushed. "Well, are we ready to go?" I nodded and we turned off the lights then left.

*time skip*

"Is this the place?" I nodded and he put down the umbrella as we entered the store. "So what do we need?" I grabbed a basket, and motioned for him to do the same.

"Do you like fruit?" He nodded, and I got some apples and oranges. "Vegetables?"

"Sort of.... They aren't my favorite, but I'll eat them." He grabbed some broccoli and started walking away. I picked up some carrots and followed him. We picked up meat, rice grains, pasta, seaweed, avacado, fish, and some ingredients for desserts. "Are we ready?" I nodded and we went into a pretty empty line. We bought all of our food, and made our way home.
