Sleepover Disaster

"Ok... So what do you want?" He put the bags on the counter and thought.

"Anything is fine!" He sat down in the couch and watched tv again as I began to cook rice, fish, and vegetables. "This smells great Ayano!" I smiled as I sat down at the table across from him. He looked at his food, like he hasn't seen normal food in three years.

"Taro? Are you ok?" He looked up and smiled.

"Of course! Just, my mom NEVER cooks like this! It looks incredible!" I blushed and we started to eat. "Aya! I can call you that right?" I nodded. "Ok! Good! Anyways, Aya, this is AMAZING!" I blushed and laughed. "Seriously! I haven't had a meal this good in a LONG time!" He smiled at me and then kept eating.

*time skip*

I looked at the clock above the tv, and saw that it was 9 PM. I gasped and tried to get up, but Taro grabbed my arm.

"Aya! Please! Stay a bit longer!" I looked at him, and saw his face was sad, so I gave in.

"Ok... I'll stay a bit longer, but then I HAVE to get home!" I sat back down and he put his arm around me again.

"Why? Your parents won't worry, they aren't at your home! Why not spend the night! Like a... Like a... A sleepover!" I thought really hard about this. I could go home, and leave Taro alone, OR I could spend the night with Taro and we'd both be happy! I decided to stay the night and I went home to get my pajamas and some clean things for tomorrow. I came back and Taro wasn't in the living room.

"Taro? Taro!" I looked around, and couldn't find him. I decided to check his room. I opened the door, and had a shirt thrown at me. "Ahhhh! What the heck?! Taro?!" He ran and closed the door.

"I'm changing Aya!" I laughed, because boys usually were the ones who WANTED other people to see them without their shirts on. Taro evidently wasn't one of those people... I closed the curtains in the rest of the house, and got changed in the living room. I was about to put my pajama top on, when Taro walked out. "Aya, I'm dressed now-" He gasped when he saw me turn my back and duck down.

"Taro!!!" I yelped as I ducked behind the sofa.

"S-Sorry..." He said, but I heard him getting closer. My heart started pounding and I yelped as I tried to rush the pajama shirt on over myself before him came over, but just as I put my arms up to put in on, he came around because he thought I was ready. I turned again and put the shirt on fully.

"Taro, you really need to work on this timing thing." He was looking down at his feet and I felt bad for shouting at him, but when a girl is changing and a guy walks in, what do you expect will happen?! Ugh... This was going to be a long night... The good thing was that I could be with him. He turned the tv on again and flipped to the channel where they always play movies.

"What do you know! That movie, from 2 years ago, 'Say 'I Love You' ' is on! I never saw it, you?" I shook my head, as it began. In the middle of the movie, I looked over at Taro, and saw that he was beginning to fall asleep.

"Taro, you ok?" I felt bad, because he had seemed so peaceful, and I woke him up.

"Huh? Oh...! Yeah! Yeah, I'm fine!" He smiled at me, which made me blush, so I looked down. "Are YOU ok?" I looked up and nodded.

"Mmhmm!" He started up another show on the tv, and we watched. I was so into the show, that it scared me when I felt something on my shoulders. "AHHH!" I shrieked which made Taro jump, pulling his arm away from me.

"Woah! What's up?" I breathed heavily and looked at him.

"Nothing! You just really scared me! I was really focused on the show..." I looked down again, and he put his arm around me again, this time I didn't scream. A few minutes later, my eyelids felt heavy, and I ended up falling asleep with my head on Taro's shoulder.
