Tasha P.O.V (Pic of Tasha) I woke up to some noise in the kitchen, ugh this early this girl already making noise in my house dang. I got up and went to the kitchen seeing her cooking "what are you making?" I ask getting a bottle of water in the fridge. "Pancake and scramble eggs, want some?" "of course I do" who turns down food, not me shou I eat like a pig but for some unknown reasons I never get big lucky me I guess. We ate in silence then Melanie washed the dishes. "I've got somewhere to be So I'll see you later" I got up and went to take a shower.
*Two months later* Melanie P.O.V
Its been two months since I left home and things are going good so far. I got a second job at taco bell and I got a little of money save. Tasha on the other hand don't have a job, I don't even know how she pays her part of the rent. My mom calls me at times and Amy text me only to ask random questions just like old times, but I never hear from dad I think he might hate me but what's done is done. I got up and took a shower, got dress in my work clothes, I walk by Tasha watching TV in the living one. "What time you get off?" she ask "Ten why?" I ask putting some crackers in my bag. "I'm going to a party tonight and I think you should come along" she said " I'm going to be tired I don't think so" I said not feeling it "Come on, you need to have fun and let loose girl you always turn me down" she said getting up "I have to go to work tomorrow early and I need my sleep" I said "Just this one time, I don't want to go alone and I promise we won't stay long" she said "Fine just this once"I said and she nodded. I got to work and I saw Michelle, she and I gotten really close since I've been working. She's a single parent, her parents put her out at 18 cause she got pregnant and now she lives by herself with her two years old daughter. Her baby daddy is still in her life, he takes care of his baby and provides for his baby which make things a little easier for her. She lucky because nowadays everyone just wants to hit and run. "Hey girl" she said waving at me "Hey wats up" I said "Girl its so busy better hurry up and get started" she said
Work went by fast and now I found myself actually getting ready to go to this stupid party. I put on black skinny jeans, a tan top, and black heels.
