Amy's POV:
Shadow pulled me into his lap and rested his head on my head. We just stayed like that for what seemed like hours which in reality was just a few seconds. That was how strong our connection was it was strong enough to slow down time. At that moment all the hate I felt towards Shadow vanished I felt chemistry I felt fuzzy and warm inside I felt...l....o..v...e. *Bang,Bang,Bang* when I heard that bang on the door my heart race increased and I started to shiver uncontrollably what if he tells Scrouge I'm hiding here. Shadow noticed me shivering and cupped my face into his hands looking directly into my eyes with a serious look "I'll never let you go again,He is not taking you away from me again and he attempts to I'll kill him". I looked up at him with tears in my eyes "Thank you" I whispered because a whisper is the best I could do without crying.He let go of me and got up to open the door. Once he opened the door Scrouge just barged inside Shadow grabbed the collar of his shirt and threw him across the room it scared me and I started to shiver again.Shadow walked up to him lifted him by the collar and said "Barge into my house and scare my rose again and your dead".
