Chapter 10

"Maddie!"
        Christian was calling me over. I slowly walked over to him.
  "Sit." He said patting the seat next to him. I sat and started to eat.
    "So Maddie, where did you move from?" Lauren's annoyingly high voice asked.
            "Umm I lived in New Jersey for a while before moving here to Hollywood." I said. I threw my trash away and sat back down.
       "Do you sing?"Christian asked surprising me." Umm yeah I sing and act."
     "Ohh, sing for us." Lauren said squealing.

No no no no... I can't sing in front of people.

" sorry but I really don't like singing in front of people"
    "Oh come on.."
"Fine.."
"Yay!"
        Christian got up and announced to the whole cafeteria that I would be singing. He handed me a microphone out of no where.
   I put on karaoke even though I knew the words. Music started coming out of the speakers
    I closed my eyes and started singing.

Crashing, hit a wall

I finished there before running out of the cafeteria. "Maddie! Wait!" I heard Christians voice behind me. I ran faster but soon enough he caught up to me.

"Maddie, why did you run?" He asked while hugging me." I just couldn't stay there." I sobbed out hugging him back.

I wipe my tears and then the Bell rang indicating lunch was over. He hugged me one last time before I went to my locker. I grabbed my book and went off to class.

    I daydreamed for a while before my next class came

Gym

I hate that class. I  walked to the girls locker room and changed into the required uniform before walking to the field.
    "Hey" Christians voice said.
           "Hey." I mumbled back.
"You okay?"
    "In fine leave me alone!" I snapped before running off.

    I felt guilty about snapping at him.

I would talk to him tomorrow.
