Warrior or Girl?? (Novel)

Introduction...

My name is Kagome. I am an eighteen year old girl with long, black silky hair. I am five foot, three inches and I am very thin, but not as thin as a stick. When I was a little girl of about five….My mother and father gave me up to a scientist who tried to make people become stronger and almost never die.  He gave me things to drink, and lots of needles that hurt. He told me it was only medicine…but I found out later.

The weird thing was that I never could remember what happened after he gave me them, but I do remember the colors of some of the drinks….There was a blue one, a red one, a purple one and green one. They all tasted differently. The blue one tasted like carrots…don’t ask me why. The red one tasted like tomatoes and the purple one tasted like mint candy. Though…when I drank the green ones…they had a taste that I couldn’t explain.

I found out what they were when I was at the age of eight. The man had forgotten to lock my prison door... I probably wouldn't have if I knew but my curiosity took over. I followed the man down the corridors and into a room, staying hidden I looked around. The room was a lab of some sort; it had many sharp tools, and there were body parts in jars... It made me sick to my stomach to see the tools some stained with blood and the jars with organs and limbs floating among liquids in the jars, and watched as the man mixed different colored chemicals including anesthesia into a chemistry tube. Then....he put it into a small little bottle that I recognize...

I slowly backed up, not wanting to see any more of it and turning around, I accidentally knocked over a box. I quickly looked over to him and he was staring at me. Fear was rushing through my body I turned around and ran for dear life. Not really watching where I was going I only knew I had to get away.

I ran for what seemed forever! I didn't really watch who I made fall on the ground or make trip on something. I was running out of breath and he was still behind me. I could tell he didn't run that often cause he was already acting like he was about to pass out. It almost looked like I might have a chance until I realized that more scientists were joining in the chase. So with all the strength I had, I sped up in my running and ran into the forest that was ahead of me. 

 Suddenly I ran into someone, "Owww......" I said in pain standing up and I quickly looking behind me... The people who were chasing me were gone but I could hear their voices close behind.  Even so I looked back at the person who I had run into; it was a girl around my age maybe only a few years older, and she was very much like me. She looked at me with wide eyes before grabbing my hand and leading me farther into the woods. But who was she, and where was she leading me? It didn't matter faster and faster we went, racing through the woods.

 Suddenly we stopped. The girl looked at me with a scared expression as she finally spoke, "We haven't got much time... Kagome you need to run and keep running..."

Wait how did she know my name? Who was this girl? Why was she helping me? Though before I could speak a word she ran back towards the voices leaving me there on my own. I quickly did what she had told me and ran in the opposite direction not looking back.

Running. I was running faster than I ever thought I was able to. The scratches on my arms were gone and the pain was gone. The pain I had felt when I ran into her felt more of a slight tickle now and looking at the wounds I had on my arms... They weren't even slight scratches anymore. Continuing to run, I ran will all my might. My head throbbing with pain and now my breathing becoming heavier. Before long...I fell to the ground and was out cold...

 I woke up, my head feeling like something hit it as I sat up. My sight was a little blurry but I looked around, not remembering what had happened to me. Blinking a couple of time, I was able to see now and saw two dark brown wolves next to me. I smiled at them as they looked up at me. The skinny but strong one to my right was a girl wolf, and the bigger wolf was a boy. I put my hand on my head to scratch it only to find I had wolf ears.

I felt my ears. They were smooth and soft but they gave me quite the shock. I crawled away from where I was and looked behind me. I stood frozen. "What?!' I screamed. Then I crawled away and looked back I not only saw a tail sticking out from my pants but I saw that I had also been sleeping with a pack of wolves watching over me... And to top that off they were talking!! Not exactly to me but to each other...

 Then the girl and boy wolf walked up to me, and the boy wagged his tail as he spoke, "Is everything alright? You don't look so good... For a human anyway."  The girl wolf growled at him, "Well it isn't her fault that she's a human so leave her alone."

I slowly backed away... What the hell was going on with me?? Although I was only six years old at the time I was still really freaked out. I ran over to the river that I spotted close to me and splashed my face. 'Wake up, Wake up...WAKE UP!!' I was screaming at myself. At that time I thought it was only a dream...But as it turned out, it wasn't.

Hey guys! This is part of a story that me and my awesome cousin are doing from a role play that we are starting to make into a manga. Yes....Yes I know. I am sounding crazy but I think it’s an awesome idea and so does she.

This story...Well I won't give it away but I just wanted to say... It is about a group of friends wanting to take down an evil organization that experiment on people...
