Jack

Kendall is so confusing, and I really love her a lot.

"Jack.." Kendall spoke softly looking into my eyes as I lifted my head up from my plate and I was done so pushed the plate away. "I-I- don't know much to say but I came over here not knowing what to do but I knew I had to if I wanted to make things right again, because I really love you so much."

I shook my head. "You always seem so-"

"I seem so, what?" She cut me off, which kind of hurt.

"Like you don't wanna talk to me or ya know"

"No I do want to see you." She said, "your like a highlight of my day."

"I really want to believe you but I don't know if I can anymore."

"Jack I'm sorry"

"I came all the way to Omaha because I thought I missed you, but I'm having so many second thoughts on our relationship." I said.

"Jack please, I love you."

Just then my mom walked in the kitchen.

"Hello, kids." Mom said.

"We're not kids mom." I chuckled.

"Hi." Kendall said in a quiet voice.

"In my eyes you are" mom laughed.

"We're kinda having a private conversation is that okay?" Kendall whispered, as if talking to my mom.

"Huh? Oh, yes that's fine." Mom said and walked off.

"I love you too because it's hard to stop loving someone." I said quietly looking Kendall in the eyes.

"Let's do something today. I need to rest my wrist and head and just be with you." Kendall said, and we were both making eye contact.

I nodded. "I guess we could do something. Let's have a chill day."

She nodded smiling super big. Maybe she does still want our relationship to work. I just have to spare my feelings.

"How bout movies?" I questioned.

"Yes let's go!" Kendall screamed smiling.

I grabbed my car keys and my phone as we ran into the garage. "Mom we're leaving!" I shouted.

"Where to?" She shouted back.

"Movies!" I yelled as I closed the garage door.

I got into the drivers seat and Kendall in the passenger seat. I put the keys in ignition and Kendall turned on the radio which started playing Jack and I's Like That featuring Skate.

"Oooooh" Kendall dragged on. "I ain't never met a girl like you, and you'll never find a man like me!!"

"I got me a girl who can sing my songs." I winked, as I kept driving.

She smiled. "Let's just be the normal us today."

I nodded, smiling.

When we arrived the movie theater Kendall and I walked in hand in hand.

This feels right, but I'm still not so sure.

"We don't even know what movie were gonna see" Kendall laughed.

I nodded looking up at the list of show times.

"Finding dory?" Kendall questioned smiling. She loves kid movies.

"Duh." I said in a girl voice as we both smiled.

"2 tickets for finding dory please." I said to the cashier.

"That'll be $17.75." The cashier replied.

I handed her the money and she typed something on her computer and handed me the tickets and saying, "enjoy."

I nodded and walked away still hand in hand with Kendall.

"Let's get popcorn." I said.

"Extra butter!" She half-screamed.

I laughed, "got it."

We ordered our popcorn as Kendall was putting on the butter and salt, as I went to get waters.

After we each got our things we met back up and headed into the theater, Kendall kept eating pieces of the popcorn as we we're walking.
