"Bye Kendall" Mary shouted as she shut the car door.
I waved and drove off, I decided to stop at Taco Bell to get some myself a pink freezie.
I got to Taco Bell and hopped out of my car, grabbing my brown fringe purse and car keys.
While I was waiting in line, Mallory came up to me. Mallory was Jacks old high school girlfriend.
"Hey girl!" Mallory said smiling.
"Oh my gosh, hey!" I screeched, "how are you?"
"I'm great! How are you?" She asked pulling me into a hug.
I hugged her back. "I'm okay" I laughed.
"I missed you! How's LA been?"
"It's been pretty great. Lots more drama than Omaha." I giggled.
"I'm home from college for the week, we should hang out while your in town" Mal smiled.
"For sure!"
"Text me. I've got to go." She said and waved and walked away. I nodded as I got to the front of the line.
"How may I help you?" The cashier asked me.
"I'll have one pink freezie, please." I said, and as I said it the tears came rushing to me.
Jack and I always came and got freezies after school when we were in high school. As friends because at the time he was dating Mallory. But that was one of my most special times with Jack.
Oh god, Kendall don't cry.
I got my freezie and rushed outside before anyone could see me crying, I think the cashier did but whatever, I don't even care anymore.
I turned the ignition and drove away. As I got to a stoplight, the tears spilled like crazy, blurring my vision.
All I could think of was Jack.
I watched as the blurry red light turned green and I drove down the road passing car after car, speeding up as I drove. Not knowing where I was going.
Until.
Crash!
I blacked out immediately.
The last thing on my mind was Jack.
