new idea::: (two actually)

Possums, squirrels and cats were all too common creatures Alyssa commonly heard scratching around in the crawlspaces of the house. But a different visitor has made his home in a secret room behind her closet; helping himself to her secret stashes of junk food, diaries, writings, secrets and who knows what else. She had been angry with the mysterious guy- until she realized he meant no harm; he had begun by giving her a gift every day. He had pooled her money for them and she struggles to learn about this guy, who he was and what exactly he was doing by giving her all she desired. She soon expected happily a new gift each day- letting him stay in his secret home for as long as he desired. But when he gives his last and final gift- she begins to wonder once more who this man really was- and if he really meant all the things he had done for her as well as his true purpose.

Rose never knew her mother. Ever. Not her name, apperence, nothing. She has always been an outcast with her only friends being a fellow outcast called Blake and a skunk that lives in the woods behind her house. Little does she know that she is special beyond her wildest dreams.
