Not knowing what to do anymore. Trying to forget the pain. Searching through the dark depths of my heart and soul trying to find comfort. Hoping to be taken away so that you can't leave a bruise. So you can no longer make a promise that we both know won't be kept. Now that I know someone won't come to save my flesh, it is up to me to save my own soul. Even if that means I can't stay here.
