Fight

Chapter 4

After all of our classes ended,Natsume and I were finally able to get our masks off.

I sighed and look up to the sky.

Even if I were to escape this place,where would I go? I have no family. No pets. Nothing. My first friend was Natsume. My second,Ruka. They are all I have... They both have families,and I envy them for that. I lost my family before I could even speak,or so I was told. I grew up in an orphanage, before I ran away at the age of four. So who ever says they hate this place,then they must have family on the other side,because this is my home.

"What are you thinking about?"

I turn and see Natsume.

"Nothing much,"I say.

"Like I would believe that,"he retorts.

I sigh,"fine,you got me. I was thinking that,even if I did escape this place,I would have no where to go. I have no family. The first people I could actually trust is you and Ruka."

He puts a hand on my should,"then if we do escape,and save my sister,then you can come live with us."

My eyes light up,"really?"

"Yeah,"the corner of his lips pulls up into a small smile.

I smile a huge smile.

"Let's head back,we don't have any missions, but I'm rather tired."

"Sure,"I reply and follow him.

After I took a shower and changed,I flopped onto my bed with a sigh.

"Hello at last,"I say.

"I've been here.....the whole time,"Natsume says as he brushes his teeth.

"Not you,the bed,"I say.

I didn't hear him come out of the bathroom,grab a pillow,and throw it in my face.

"Mah face!"I yell,covering my face.

I move my finger slightly and look to see Natsume holding a pillow with a toothbrush sticking out from his mouth.

"Uh-oh...."was my reply as my body got beat with a pillow.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I never ment it!"I cry as I try to dodge the pillow attacks.

"Hmpt,"he said and want back the the bathroom.

I slowly got up from my bed and got all the pillows and hid them.

I turn off the lights and raced to my bed.

I hear Natsume come out from the bathroom and flop down on his bed.

"What the...."

I force myself to not laugh.

"Where's my pillows?!"he demands.

I cover my mouth to stop the laughter.

I hear him come over to my bed and grab my pillow.

"Mah pillow..."I whine.

He said nothing.

I get another pillow and lay down again.

"My other pillow..."he trails off.

He comes over and grabs the pillow I was laying on.

"Mah pillow..."I whine again.

I stay awake and when he falls asleep,I quietly go over to his bed,take the pillows and rush to my bed silently.

I grab the other two pillows and put them on my bed also.

I sigh happily,"pillow haven."

Then I fall asleep.
