I kept the picture in my hand in hopes that jade can walk faster than Jesy can shower. I looked down at the picture.. I know it's probably old as hell but I just wanted to know. I heard a knock at the door and quickly ran to the door seeing jade.

I moved outside the door lightly closing it and showed jade the picture " whos that" . Jade looked saddened by the picture

" that is jhene Johnson...jesy's ex girlfriend"

" why ex ...other than the fact the broke up ..i mean why did they"

" jhene was cheating on jesy with ..some guy ..jesy had really liked ...well loved jhene ..and it took a while for her to get over her"

"Shes over her now right" i was mentally panicking ..why would jesy keep this picture

" pez ..shes with you now ..i dont even thibk she remembers that photo ...where did you get it ?"

" it fell out of her blue and green jumper -" I was about to say something else when i heard Jesy call my name. I shoved the picture in my pocket.. and me and jade walked in to find Jesy in pink sweat pants and a white tank top ( natural Jesy is best Jesy) " hey poopey.. pez we're did you go " Jesy asked taking the towel off of her curls (Jesy has natural curls.. well duh )
" jade had texted and said she wanted help picking out some biscuits and crisp but she couldn't find any she liked " I lied. But Jesy believed me . " oh well jade don't we have some back at our flat?" Jesy asked

" yeah just wanted more any who Im gonna go text leigh-anne. " jade left.

" well that was weird" Jesy laughed

later that night

Jesy had come over about 10 minuets ago because jade went to help leigh-anne paint her flat . I looked at Jesy to see her on her phone while laying on the bed. I pulled out the picture from under my pillow " Jesy ?"

" yeah baby?" She looked up at me putting her phone down. I showed her the picture

" whos that" I pointed to jhene . Jesys face softened " where did you get that"

" it um... it fell out of your jumper " she took the picture and looked at it

" Jes tell me... it's ok" she put the pic down

" it's no one let it go" her voice sounded slightly broken with each word formed in that sentence .

" jes" i touched her arm . She turned around to me " jes please" she took a breath and started speaking .

" she was my ex girlfriend ...we dated for about a year and a half before everything went wrong ..she was staying out for hours at a time saying it was work related . I believed her . Then she got angry and started yelling at me ..she only hit me twice ..when i realized she was cheating on me we were a little over 2 years ." Jesy shrugged

" how did you find out she was cheating "

" I caught her and him together.. can we just not talk about it anymore " Jesy played down and so did I. I cuddled into her as she put her arms around me.

I cant believe Jesy kept that photo.. maybe she really didn't know she had it

" earth to .jade ..jade... poopey..... thirlwall! " Leigh snaps getting my attention

" yeah I'm sorry what happened "

" what are you thinking so hard about"

" Perrie found a picture of jesy's ex.. and it just reminded me of how Jesy was after jhene " I said more than I intended and I knew I would have to eventually explain
" let's finish painting unless you have something else in mind" I told Leigh. She nodded and took my hand and lead me to the balcony.

The city was beautiful but what made this more perfect was that there was just enough light from inside to shine on leigh-anne. I played in her curls " are you having fun. ?" She asked sitting in a lawn chair " yes now sit with me" she moved over to my chair and we cuddled together. I knew eventually me and Leigh would have to tell each other something but right now it was just the best could be with her by my side.

( next chapter will be a Jesy /jade flash back.... this book is mostly about pesy and jade and Jesy's past before meeting Perrie and Leigh but there will be a lot of leighade to... )
