Payton Cliffs lived a normal life as some would say. Living with her little sister, Emma, her mother, Carol, and her father, John. Her mom and dad were both surgeons so they weren't around much. Leaving Payton to take care of Emma for months alone. But after a while she got used to it and claimed Emma as her own.
