Jumi's left eye twitched out of annoyance, "don't talk like that about him."

He raised a brow. "Wow, you're so defensive of your little boyfriend huh?" He smirked widely. "He isn't my boyfriend." Jumi turned away and began walking again, having enough of his mocking nature.

"Then what is he?"

Jumi didn't reply any longer. She didn't know exactly how to reply to that because even she didn't know what the two of them were. She knew that they were both friends but she didn't know what other feelings came along with that.

The bell had rung signalling the start of lunch. Jungkook had entered the class later than usual and I didn't have much time to make conversation with him in between subjects because he was always chosen to help carry the books or always been called out.

But now, maybe I'm able to talk to him this time.

"Hey Jungkook." She greeted as the other looks up with a slight smile. "Hey Jumi-ah." He greeted as he closed his book and puts it in the pocket place under the desk. I got up from my place and nodded my head, "heading for lunch?"

He nodded his head before opening his backpack and getting his wallet, he shoved it into his back-pocket. "Let's go grab some sandwiches and maybe head to the hide-out." He said as the two walk out of the classroom and into the crowded hallway of students enjoying their hour of break.

"That sounds good." Jumi replied, her hand locked behind her as she walked next to him. "Why were you late earlier this morning?" She asked, looking up at him.

"Oh, uh I kinda woke up a little later than usual and missed my train stop." He sighed, "so I had to take another lane and it took a while longer than it should." He explained, letting out a small chuckle. "It was such a hassle."

Jumi nodded her head slowly, understanding the situation further. "Did you not sleep well last night?" She asked, her eyes wandering down the hall as she bit the insides of her cheeks - suddenly feeling shy of the question she just asked.
