"Stop moping" Manny sighed, looking at Roland. He was sitting on the couch in Manny's living room. He didn't make much eye contact with Manny the entire time he was there, and they barely spoke to one another
"I can't. I miss Curt and Ian" Roland looked away from Manny and put his elbow up on the elbow rest and put his head in his hand
Manny rolled his eyes and walked over to Roland and plopped down next to him. "I'm sure they're fine. And besides, look at what you did. You were able to write a complete song, perfectly. No editing needed or anything. Without Curt around, you did that"
Roland's head turned in Manny's direction. "What?"
Manny had to rethink about what he said. "Well I mean, I kind of figured out that your "muse" is Curt. When he hasn't been around, you're more relaxed. I think everyone can see that"
"I have no idea what you're talking about. Curt isn't my muse. And I'm always uptight" Roland shook his head, and looked away from Manny again
"Ah, the denial. Everyone knows its true. Ian's seen it, I've seen it, even Paul has seen it. But Curt hasn't, has he? Is that why you've been so distant with him lately? He won't realize that you've got a little thing for him?" Manny looked at the back of Roland's head, waiting for him to turn around
Roland started moving the couch pillows around, and looked for something. "I need your help to find something"
Manny wrinkled his eyebrows. "What are you looking for?"
Roland stood up and turned his head a few times, as if he was checking the room to find what he was searching for. "Your mind because you've obviously lot it"
With that being said, Roland turned around and left the room. Manny sat there shocked, not able to go after his friend. He heard the front door open and close. Well, he had everything he needed. If Roland didn't have those feelings for Curt, he wouldn't have left and gotten so defensive. He's just in a stage of denial is all. Manny was attempting to help Roland with this whole thing.
Getting Curt out of the picture was helping Roland realize how much he actually loved him. When he was around Curt, he pushed the feelings away. Now that Curt wasn't around, he had no choice but to think about him

"Thank god someone recognized us and paid for our tickets. We'll have to pay her back when we get home" Curt sat down next to Ian on the train, sighing
They were both soaking wet, like a lot of the people on that train. Ian and Curt sat towards the back of the bus, trying not to be too obvious or noticed by a lot of people
"You do know we'll be on this bloody train for more than 7 hours right?" Ian crossed his arms, huffing loudly. He was obviously upset about having to be stuck on the train for such a long time
"At least we're going home" Curt said quietly, looking down at the floor. People still boarded the train, and all he wanted was to just get back to Bath.
"You know, it only takes an hour to get home from here. An hour and back. I wish we had money to fly" Ian still rambled on
Curt decided to ignore him and try to go to sleep. It was about 6:30 am now and it'd be around 2 or 3 pm by the time they got home. Curt needed to rest and save his energy for when he saw Manny. He was the more upset one about the entire thing. Ian said it would've been a lot of fun if he at least had his wallet on him. He didn't mind it, he just didn't like the long ride ahead of them

"So we're just going to sit around here and do nothing?" Roland walked around the hallways of the studio
