Simon put his hand out to shake jellals.
jellal smiled and shook his hand "nice to meet you too simon" once they stopped shaking hands Simon looked at jellal wondering if he should ask jellal why was he at their village since he has never seen jellal there before until now. "Hey.....can I ask you something?" Jellal looked down at Simon who sat back down against a tree "yeah what do you want to know?" "Well I was wondering. . .
Why did you come from, how did you end up here" it was silent for a few minutes until jellal finally spoke "I don't know how I ended up here all I remember is being in a dark place, it was very cold with a grave in it, I think I was in a maseleum. Once I got out I was here" jellal looked at Simon who had his mouth opened in shock

"You were in that maseleum?!?!?" Jellal jump at Simons sudden outburst "y-yeah" "that maseleum has been there before this town was even built, no one was able to open it or even break it down from the very powerful magic barrier!!!, how did you get in and out!?!?!"
"Well I don't know I just woke up on top of a stone bed in the dark"

Simon stood up on his feet and walked up to jellal and grabbed him "you don't remember how you ended up being there, how did you get out ?!?" Jellal was really confused, he didn't understand why Simon was so shocked he was just in a maseleum what's the big deal?

"I-i just opened the door. What's the big deal?"
"Because all the story's and rumors say that their was a man in there, it was said that he was a god,demon or and Angel that will be sleeping for years, no centries!!" "And now your telling me you got in there, was their anybody else in there?" Jellal shook his head but kept quiet "oh. . ."

Simon let go of jellal and sat back down against the tree. Jellal sat next to him "so do you know happened to any of your family members? " Simon looked down at the ground "no I distracted them so that my sister could get away" jellal nodded but knew not to push anything further. it was silent for a few minutes until jellal heard
A branch break behind them
Jellals Pov
I turn around and see the men we ran away from, he and his two friend start chuckling at us "so you thought you could get away from us so easily, hmmmm"
Simon goes behind me in fear.

"It took awhile for us to find you"
"But why go so far to capture us, haven't you guys done enough!?!" I yell out
Like they came all the way just to get us
"That's because the boss said we couldn't let any child get away from us, and now here we are" the fat man smirks
He summons magic circles around us "come. . . My soldiers"
After he said that four beasts were rising out of them. Simon screams out "MAGIC SOLDIERS? !?!" He must've seen them before or he wouldn't look so terrified. "Now come with us little boy, you don't want them to get angry now do you?" The fat man said as his buddies chuckle behind him
I walk infront of Simon to protect him. I look around the area to see a spot where Simon can escape from these guys, I turn to look at Simon "you see that blind spot behind the trees simon?" He nodds "yeah. . ." "Good when I say run you run there and escape" "but what about you jellal" I smile at him "I'll take care of things here"
"HEY!! What you guys whispering over there!!" I turn to look at these bastards and smirk "oh nothing we were just saying how could you catch up to us with all that fat on you" the man scrunched up his face, but I continued " man did you put a spell on yourself cause your lazy to do it yourself" I walk towards the fat man and look up to see his face look like a tomato "What's wrong can't take the truth that your fa-" before I could finish my sentence he grabbed me by the throat and lifted me in the air so we were face to face

"Why you!!" As I was losing air I used the rest to muster out "SIMON RUN NOW!!!!"

And that's what he did Simon ran toward the trees, as he did the other two men ran after him "Hey your not getting away boy!!"
Jellal felt like everything was I'm slow motion and he could hear his own heart beat

That's when he snapped back to reality. Without knowing what he was doing it was instinct. Jellal put his hand infront of the man's face and casted a yellow circle
It hit him point blank in the face causing him to fly backwards on the ground. His buddies turned around to see him down and went after jellal.

Jellal got up from the ground only to be kicked in the stomach and tackled back down, as jellal was pinned to the ground he saw the man he blasted was standing over him still smoking everywhere "you little brat your gonna pay" the chubby man lifted up his foot only to bring it down on jellals stomach over and over and over again
Jellal spit out his own blood from all the hitting.
Soon jellals vision became hazy "Hey stop you'll kill him, then the boss will kill us" the chubby man buddy says which made him stop
"Tsk, fine let's go, hey where's the other one?" Jellal turned his head and saw that Simon was out of sight. "Uhh he got away sir"
Jellal smiles and thought
' Thats Good.' But for some reason he was sad too
' right when I made a friend. . . . I lost one in the end. . . ."
