Chapter 10

Zeref Pov
When I told him I was shamed to look him in the eyes, too scared that since he now knows who I am hell try to kill me and call me monster.
"So your the black wizard? The man who is cursed to live alone for eternity?........look you didn't do anything wrong" I didn't do anything wrong? I looked at jellal "what?" He smiled "did you want to kill them? For just the fun of it ?"
I shook my head but kept silent
"See then you didn't do anything wrong.....you Didn't fail this world the world failed you" I didn't know what to say he didn't try to kill me or hit me (it wouldn't hurt if he did.)

"Why are you not scared of me ?" Jellal looked down at his feet "because I know how you feel.....but you didn't kill them on purpose, I had a choice but I chose wrong every time" I was confused from what he was saying "what do you mean?"
"I'm an immortal god that kills who defy me and yet all I want is to be normal" my eyes widen in shock
"...."

Jellal Pov
Told him what I am because I can trust him. "So you see your not a monster. . . I am" I am the monster I chose to kill them even though they wouldn't stop until I died (which I cant) and spread the rumor then I wouldn't be able to go anywhere

But it doesn't make me feel any better, I still killed them and their blood are on my hands no matter what 'why. ..why can't it just stop?!' I couldn't stop thinking about my family
"Hey are you okay jellal?"
I couldn't breath no more

-flash back (when jellal powers awoken)-

I looked up at my mother, she looked at me like I was a monster or something "mom? " I reached my hand out for her. She jumped a little and walked away from me but never stopped starring at me me "Mom please.....I don't know what's going on " she started to shake "your. Your a monster......I should have never took you in my home" what? What is she talking about "Mom please don't leave me I didn't mean to destroy the town i-i couldn't control it " I got off from the ground walking to her "no! Get away from me you monster! " I couldn't believe my mother won't come near me
'Monster monster monster' That's all I could hear her say to me not son or anything but monster.

Before I knew it I was punched in the face and found myself on the floor again .
I held on to my face and looked up to the person who punched me.....it was my father

- out of flash back -

Zeref Pov
"Jellal?" Jellals eyes were so dim like he wasn't even there no more. He started to shake and tears went down his cheeks "jellal?!" I ran up to him and tried to shake him out of what was bothering him and causing him to shake in fear. I shook and shook him but nothing would work, my powers started to come out of me again and I was still scared that my powers could still hurt him.

Jellal Pov
I couldn't stop my thoughts. I could feel someone shaking me. Soon darkness took over me and my body started to feel heavy like I was being pulled by a ton of bricks.

- a while later (in the night) -

I woke up from some kind of pain shooting through me. When I sat up I was alone in the abandoned house. "Zeref...you here" no answer....great.... he must think I'm awhile monster for what I've done
I got up but fell back down to the ground

It took me a while to get on my feet. As I walked out of the door I was stopped by some kind of light coming towards me and then it hit me something pierced my stomach I put my hand over the spot where the pain was coming from, I slowly take my hand off my stomach and I look down to see blood dripping off my hand. "What the hell " I was shot by some kind of magic.
I always could feel pain when I get hit or wounded but this is different I felt dizzy from the blood loss...
I legs felt like jelly and I clasped to the ground, my ears ringing like crazy. "Well well well, look who it is?" I gasp for air but nothing came in, I look up to where that voice was coming from to see
Acnologia smiling down at me
" is the god in pain?"
"....."
He walked up to me and knelt down. " oh don't worry soon you'll feel nothing at all."
And after that I passed out and let the darkness take over me.
